I stop here when working on the area as they do some pretty good subs. I like the Italian and National League. Only let down is usually is the cheese which is not so good, but the meats and veg are good. Staff often seem hurried and I like the open kitchen and seeing everything made to order.

I didn't know about this place until last week! I got a breakfast sandwich that was very good. Piled high with meats, egg and different cheeses. A real belt buster but delicious. The coffee was ok and the service was efficient.

Reliable stop for subs and sandwiches... I had the big league which had cold cuts, pickles, cheese, etc. and good bread. Service wasn't what I'd call welcoming but they it was fast and they have good prices. The Knuckle owner is definitely a baseball fan with sandwiches named after teams!

Good for a quick bite... I had the Hawaiian (Aloha?) Sub which was something different and I liked it... good bread! Wife had a Rueban which had a good amount of corned beef, and my daughter had a Tuna Salad sandwich which she liked but it was very messy. Service was fast but not very friendly. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here but like today, if we're passing and hungry it's an OK option.

I was expecting a NY deli experience with brash service like you get in NY, but this is more just rude service here. I did get a good sandwich but if I wasn't in the neighborhood, I wouldn't go out of my way to come here.

The young lady serving did not seem to be very happy to be working and had a big attitude... there was no greeting or pleasantries, and I felt like I was interrupting her life to order a sandwich, which was OK, but I wouldn't come back again! You only get one chance!

This reminds me of one of those classic sandwich shops we had back up north. They have terrific service and they know how to make a very good sandwich. I did order a salad from here once and that wasn't the best so I just stick with the sandwiches from now on.

Have tried many of their sandwiches and all have been very good. Their fried mac and cheese bites are addictive! Also used them to cater an office meeting and they didn't let us down. Everyone liked the food and it was all eaten. Easy to work with and reasonably priced as well.

Knuckle Sandwich in Bunnell offers a variety of hearty sandwiches with fresh ingredients and good bread, drawing inspiration from classic northern delis. Popular choices include the Italian, National League, Big League, Hawaiian, Reuben, and breakfast sandwiches loaded with meats, eggs, and cheeses. Fried mac and cheese bites are a favored side. The food is consistently praised for quality and value, making it a reliable option for quick, affordable meals. Service, however, tends to be brisk and sometimes brusque, with customers noting a lack of warmth or welcoming interaction. The open kitchen allows guests to watch sandwiches made to order. While not a destination for unique dining, it serves well for those passing through or seeking a straightforward, satisfying sub experience.
