Steak 'n Shake UNCLAIMED

I find the service at this Steak n Shake to be very good, and although I don't really care for their burgers as i find them too heavy and greasy, my husband likes their garlic steakburger and my kids love the bacon & cheese burger. Not sure about this beef tallow fries either, seems like everyone is jumping on that bandwagon lately. Milkshakes are a treat especially the Nutella!

Went to pick up food tonight and now the manager won't allow you to put online orders in the drive thru. Makes it a hassle as a disabled person. Won't be a patron any longer.

I like the burgers at Steak and Shake but this Palm Coast location needs some serious cleaning. They should close it down for a few days and do some deep cleaning. It's a shame because it's in a good location.

I'm done with this place!!! I went in to order as the window takes forever! It was not clean and men's room was nasty. Employees are like drones and no personal service or friendly comments. Food was very boring and they were out of ingredients including lettuce and tomatoes??? How does this happen in 2024???

Was craving a burger so stopped here as I was close by… bad move! Drive through was slow and my burger looked like a 4 year old made it and tasted very fatty and unseasoned. Fries were ok and shake was good.

It's just not a nice experience coming here anymore. I only get shakes here now as everything takes so long and the food is just not worth the wait. The automated ordering is a pain and feels very impersonal. Last time I tried to eat in the tables needed cleaning and staff moved so slow. Far better choices around Palm Coast and the food is just not worth the hassle. My 3 stars are for the shakes.

Good chicken strips and shakes. Not a fan of their burgers like the Fresco Melt. Fries are not the best. Drive thru is slow as molasses.

Ordering is slow I guess as burgers are cooked to order. Bun was soggy and patty not much taste. The fries were really good and I enjoyed my shake.

30 mins waiting in drive up and line never moved! Another 35 mins trying to get food inside and STILL don't have food!!!! Us and about 15 cars filled with people said the hell with it and left! WORST RUN RESTAURANT in the 59 years I've been alive!

We have frequented the PC Steak n Shake for many years and enjoyed having an evening mela in the past. The pandemic hit and everything changed. When the store opened only the drive through was available. I would order only to pick and the food was not ready, but started once we arrived. The last time I ordered again online and went inside to pick up. The order was not ready, they even said they had no record of the order even though I had received confirmation. An entire hour later I was still waiting. When the order was eventually filled, it was not correct. The child hot dog did not have anything on it , though I paid extra for cheese and it was cold. I will not be returning to this store again.

Will not use third place again. Awful- ordered and paid ahead for pick up. Went to counter, no order for food, claimed did not receive Enron though I had confirmation. An hour after ordered they “suddenly” found the order. Order was not correct. Hot dog was cold and missing cheese.

Every time I go to a fast food restaurant I say never again! I left here after having a completely nonpersonal service with kiosk ordering, feeling bad for what I ate, and having to clean my own table. Let's face the fact that fast food really sucks and with greasy flavorless burgers, couldn't care less staff, and dirty tables there is no reason to ever return.

Milkshakes were good but burgers were bleh with soggy buns and very greasy and messy. Drive thru was very long and they missed the fries and not being open inside and with 3 kids it was way too much hassle to go back and get them.... what are you supposed to do? Go back in drive thru line again for 30 mins???
