Just love the Lion! Varied menu even though I usually end up with the fish and chips, and I can never get enough of their mixed drinks which go down too well on a hot Saturday afternoon. Staff friendly and lively and of course the views and setting are amazing.

This is a great laid back with a nice beach atmosphere and I like that even when it's busy everyone seems well spaced and it doesn't feel crowded. The food is very good and I often get their fish and chips which are the best, and I also really like their fish tacos and burgers. The staff are all friendly but service from the kitchen can be slow at times. I do like sitting at the tiki bar but it's not always open when I go.

I always stop by here when I'm in the area for Fish & Chips and a beachy cocktail. Not been let down by the food yet and you can't beat the vibes they have here. No better place to chill after a long day.

A fun bar with beachy vibes and plenty of seating options such as views from the top deck to sandy tiki bars. I personally try to sit at the tiki bar as I get better service and a faster drink turnaround. Their Fish & Chips are always great and they also do some very good fish sandwiches that hit the spot. Best place on Flagler Beach for me.

All the employees were friendly and good and we loved the beachy atmosphere and vibes. The Coconut Shrimp app and Fish & Chips were both awesome but my girlfriend was really disappointed that they didn't have any vegetarian options except a plain salad which she had. They also make some good tiki drinks and they have a great key lime pie.

Love the atmosphere and setting here and the food is very good. Server was really cool and energetic and the view can't be beaten in Flagler. Cocktail drinks could be a little better and prices getting high but overall a great place.

Had great service for drinks and apps at the tiki bar. Cocktails were excellent and the appetizers delicious although I thought the Jumbo Asparagus was overpriced... four stems for nearly $10! Fun atmosphere with plenty of outdoor space.

Good location and views. Food was slow arriving but tasted very good. Fish n Chips and the Mahi BLT were excellent. A couple of the drinks seemed a little watery. Server was cool and checked up on us often.

Upstairs deck has the best views and nice atmosphere. Service can be slow but the food always hits home! Fish & Chips are delicious and drinks are well made. Not rushed and often with good music, and a great place to relax and enjoy the views and vibes.

The Golden Lion in Flagler Beach offers a relaxed oceanfront experience with an upscale touch. Its fish and chips are frequently praised for a light, crispy batter and flavorful fish, often paired with their tasty tartar sauce and coleslaw. Other menu highlights include the tropical salad, fish tacos, coconut shrimp, jerk wings, and fresh shellfish from the raw bar. Guests appreciate the variety of beach-inspired cocktails served at the tiki bar and rooftop deck, both spots known for excellent views. The staff is described as friendly and energetic, though service can occasionally be slow during busy times. Live music, often steering clear of country, adds to the laid-back vibe. Portions are considered smaller and prices higher than before, but the overall atmosphere and setting continue to attract visitors looking to unwind with good food and drinks by the sea.
