Frankie's Chicago Beef CLAIMED

Frankie's isn't in the most desirable location and is not easy to find, but the young man who took care of us was wonderful and our sandwich and dog were excellent. I couldn't say how authentic it is but it was a tasty and filling lunch. My husband was very impressed.

Been here twice and the place takes me back! They have the best dogs in town and excellent pizza. Good service and vibes inside and need to try the beef sandwiches next time.

It seems like hot dogs and cheesesteaks are all the rage right now with a few shops opening up around town, but Frankie's is definitely the best. The Chicago Dog was great and they have some awesome sides - try the chili 😋

I had a really good experience here and an introduction to a Chicago Italian beef. I got it cannonball style which is wet and with pickled veggies, and although a challenge to eat it was very tasty. I appreciated the staff taking the time with me. I couldn't tell you how genuine it is, but I can tell you it was very good and I'll be back here again.

Awesome authentic Chicago dogs... straight up no BS. Skip the fast food joints and come here. Everything fresh. Great bread. Cool staff. It's next to Cue Note if you can't find it.

You need to look or this place it took me a while to find them, but it's worth the effort. Amazing sandwiches and gyros and my son really liked the hot dog and pizza puffs. I ate too much 😋

Frankie's is amazing! I miss them at the Euro Village but happy for them to have their own shop now. For a roast beef or a gyro, you won't better outside of Chicago, and they also do a killer chili cheese dog. We're talking Vienna beef here! None of those processed pink things! Owner is cool and it's kept spotless.

There are a few shops around Palm Coast selling hot hogs and Italian beefs, but Frankie's has the best and is the most authentic to me. Cool owner and if you're from Chicago like me, it's a great spot for a touch of nostalgia.

Had the Italian sausage and the beef sandwich both were excellent. We will return especially since we work in the complex.

Highlight of visit: Friendly atmosphere, like you can change the options with each order.

Fast and freidnly service. They knock their dogs out of the park and the Italian beef is outstanding. So glad to have a taste of the windy city here in Palm Coast.

I thought the inside would be better, as I liked the EV location, but it's still a cool place to grab great gyros and beefs.

Being a New York Yankees, New York Rangers, and New York Giants fan, walking into a Chicago-themed spot with the family felt like entering enemy territory. Coming from a state that’s pretty familiar with championships, expectations were… high. But credit where it’s due, this place delivered. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, it was a great experience. We stepped out of our comfort zone, tried some new food, and ended up loving it. Add in a solid rock playlist, and the whole vibe just worked.

By the time we walked out, I’m not going to lie, I had CM Punk’s theme playing in my head like I just won something myself. Not bad for a lunch date in Chicago territory.

Highlight of visit: Everything is worth the price.

I have been here twice and had the Italian Beef and the Maxwell Street Polish, and both were outstanding. The Polish sausage took me back and the Italian beef was spot on. They guy serving was great and they've done a great job fixing the place up.

Ordered a gyro which was right on point with fresh pita and tender tasty meat. Fresh toppings and good tzatziki sauce. My friend went with a Chicago dog and said it was very good and took him back. Nice guy serving and prices are fair.

Had an awesome lunch here. The wings were superb and the gyro was excellent. I don't know anywhere in Palm Coast that has this type of gyro with great pita bread and soft and tasty beef. Good service and although the restaurant is quite basic inside it has a laid back atmosphere.

Frankie's has the best Italian Beef sandwiches and the service is very friendly. My only complaint is that the online ordering is broken and keeps asking to pick an app?!. Get the fries with your sandwich, they're awesome.

This is a great business run by a very proud owner... the beefs are outstanding and the wings are out of this world... only a few flavor sauces but you only need the Chicago Fire. Fun and clean inside and great service.

Frankie's dogs are the real deal and a true feast! I haven't had one this good for years! Remember NO ketchup! Great staff and next time I'll try the Italian beef. They have gyros and BBQ beef sandwiches too.
