This is home to big hearty sandwiches and amazing Brooklyn style Italian dishes. You have to be from there to know what I mean. Friendly owners and they keep prices reasonable. JP's is home to big portions, big flavors, and big smiles!

Awesome sandwiches! Frequent customer and I usually pick up some items from the grab n go too, especially bagels if they're in. Good customer service and always friendly. It reminds me of back home.

JP's is a good Italian style deli and cafe with a welcoming owner. The sandwiches are good but I the bread lets them down which could be better. The poppy cheesesteak sandwich is the best I've had here. Not tried their pasta dishes yet but will next time.

This is a fantastic deli style place with terrific owners. The sandwiches are so good... the Cheesesteak Poppy is excellent and the star of the show for me is their hot beef... pick your bath, cheese, and toppings and you'll have the best beef sandwich in town.

The owner is an Italian Brooklyn gent who now runs this great little shop here in Palm Coast. It's all cooked in house and you can taste his heritage and passion. Best meatballs in Florida! Gravy is heavenly! Don't pass on dessert! God I hope this guy doesn't retire anytime soon!

I highly recommend trying JP's for their small plate menu, where you can choose from a selection for each of five courses. Everything was delicious and we left so full. The Braised Short Ribs were outstanding! The dessert was so decadent. Very friendly people and a delightful atmosphere. We are excited for the next one.

This is a small eatery with some big flavors. The Chicken Caprese and Meatball Sub are superb and taste like Papa made them. This is the type of place where conversation flows and you forget for a while that you're not back home.

A small but friendly mom and pop bistro with some excellent Italian dishes, sandwiches, etc. Run by a Brooklyn guy who knows good food. They make a lot in house and everything tastes fresh and portions are hearty.

Not as good as I expected from the reviews! I ordered a 12" roast beef hero but it was very messy and the bread was too soggy. It may have been better if I ate immediately but had to take back to the office. It didn't taste too bad, but not what I wanted.

This is my kinda place... you get great service, great food, and a chat! Come here often and the food is always excellent from the antipasti to the hoagies and pasta dishes. I told my wife I want JP's to cater my funeral 😉

The restaurant has amazing sandwiches and Italian favorites, and their market next door has some great finds. Super people and you will leave as friends. Tak it from an old NY Italian, JP's is as genuine as it gets in Florida.

JP's has the best and most authentic sandwiches. If you're from NJ or NY and missing that taste of home then you'll love this little deli/sandwich shop. It is a true mom & pop type place with great service and delicious homestyle food that always hits the spot.
Highlight of visit: I recommend The Godfather.

JP's is a great little restaurant and deli very similar to how you find up north. Owners are welcoming and the food is homey, filling, and very tasty. I wish I lived closer but worth the drive.

JP's is a great little shop for some awesome NY style sandwiches and bistro foods. Staff are very pleasant and the prices are reasonable. Small and friendly place with an Italian shop next door that is also worth visiting.

JP's is a small place that's kind of dark inside but the staff/owners are very nice and they have some very good food. It's very old style food which I love and is delicious and comforting. I also used them for party platters which were loved by everyone.

I was highly recommended JPs but I was disappointed. I ordered a large Chicken Parm to go and when I got home it was a soggy mess. I admit it tasted Ok but I had to eat with a knife and fork. The bread was way too soggy and should have been a nice crusty roll. Also had to wait a long time for it and I was the only customer. I might try one of their dishes next time as they seem to have the flavors right.

JP's Italian American Bistro in Palm Coast offers hearty Italian sandwiches and classic dishes with a Brooklyn touch. Known for generous portions, the menu highlights include the poppy cheesesteak, hot beef sandwiches with customizable toppings, and meatball subs likened to those made by family. Desserts receive praise for their richness, and dishes like braised short ribs and chicken caprese stand out. The owner's passion and Italian heritage shine through in house-made items and fresh flavors. The friendly, approachable service and a casual atmosphere create a space where guests enjoy both food and conversation. Some find the bread for sandwiches occasionally soggy, especially when taken to go, but the overall experience balances generous portions, authentic taste, and warm hospitality. A market adjacent to the bistro offers specialty items to take home.
