Review of Oksa Cakes by Carmen from Flagler Beach
If you've never been here, I think you will really like this place... it's a lot more than a bakery, and in addition to stopping here for sweet treats occasionally, which are all delicious, I often grab some of their amazing pierogies or dumping. I love the ones filled with potato and truffle or chicken and porcini best. They also have great soups and bread. A wonderful Ukrainian lady runs the place and is happy to make things special for you with advanced notice. Very small inside and best for takeout.
Highlight of visit: Try the pergogies and dumplings, soup, cookies, and any of her sweets. Everything is delicious.

Very small bakery with a few dishes leaning towards Ukrainian style. Ordered a custom cake which tasted quite good but was on the heavy or dense side. Lady serving was very nice and appreciative of my business. Not sure if I'd go back but I recommend if you like eastern European type of food.

Very small place with just a couple of tables. Not a big menu but has very good Borch and Hunter Soups and the Schnitzel is good too. Lady serving always very nice and proud of her food. Parking not always easy.

A European feel cafe with lovely staff and elegant food nicely presented. A varied bistro style menu but don't expect American sized portions. We visit frequently and have never been disappointed.

If you're looking for a nice little cafe type place to go to, then this your spot. Owners are very friendly and the food is very good. Not a large menu but a nice variety of cakes and pastries plus breakfast and lunch items. Very European style food and made very well. They're worth visiting for someplace different.
Highlight of visit: Pierogies

The people running this place are the nicest you'll meet. Food is wonderful the service very professional. This is a sophisticated place on the beachside and is highly recommended. Make sure you don't leave without some macaroons!

We cannot recommend Oksa Cakes enough. It's a classy European style cafe with excellent home cooked food and bakery. Everything is delicious and fresh and you can tell they use quality ingredients. Staff are a delight and very welcoming and appreciative. I have been wishing for a place like this in the area. Please give them a try, they deserve more attention.

Great place for delicious European style pastries and cakes. The eclairs are amazing and the Passion Fruit and White Chocolate cake is incredible. The coffee is a slight let down and would like to see some teas offered too. Quite cute inside and their custom cakes look amazing.
Highlight of visit: The Passion Fruit and White Chocolate Cake
