This place takes me back to the Islands with its atmosphere, accented service, and of course, the food. Everything tastes great and is a frequent breakfast... read more!
Review of Dulce de Leche Cafe by Greg from Flagler Beach
The food tasted very authentic and definitely had a lot of flavors. The meats were soft and the sides cooked perfectly. Th view is incredible and the service was fast and friendly. Save room for dessert and coffee 😋🍰☕

The outside and interior are very modest but the staff are welcoming and the food is awesome. I have been here a few times now for breakfast and dinner and it has never disappointed me. The Huevos Rancheros with coffee are delicious and the Fried Pork Platter with Mofongo is my favorite for dinner. I'm so glad Dulce de Leche has opened in Flagler Beach, it brings a touch of home to me.

You feel a lot of love in here and taste it in the food. The Ropa Vieja was delicious and I loved the rice and plantains. Yuca Bites were very good. So many good sounding items to choose from on the menu and I can't wait to try more. Lovely people and the inside is nice and bright and colorful and with the ocean views it just feels very much like being on a Caribbean island.
Highlight of visit: The Ropa Vieja was very tasty and tender and all the sides declious.

This is my new favorite restaurant in Flagler Beach!! It's a humble, simple place just like you get in the Caribe with very well cooked and delicious food. Their Cuban dishes are awesome and it's worth visiting for a coffee and tres leches alone!
Highlight of visit: Try the Cuban Beef Picadillo Platter.

This is a new bright and very pleasant place with friendly customer service and a choice of different Latin types of cuisines. Plenty of choices and all sounded very good including their desserts and very tempting tres leche. Their coffee is excellent the Cuban platter I had with shredded beef tasted soooo good. There are limited tables inside and outside tables for the nice weather. It was well worth the drive from Palm Coast. i really enjoyed it here.

This is a kind of Latin fusion restaurant with a mix of Caribbean and Mexican dishes, and there's no denying the resulting food is really tasty... the flavors are superb and everything is so well cooked. I agree that the inside needs some work as it looks like they opened quickly. They also run restaurants in the Daytona area and it's obvious that they're experienced.

This is a very simple restaurant and kind of sparse inside, but I really liked the food. The flavors are great and the pork was extremely soft and succulent. The menu is a mix of Latin dishes and I'm looking forward to trying some more.

We visited for breakfast today and the young man serving was very friendly and put up with our changing minds on what to order. I had chorizo with eggs and potatoes and loved it! It tasted so good and made a change from the usual breakfasts served around here. They have good views from the tables and they tell me that they're planning on re-painting soon.

I like having another cuisine option on the beachside and it's also very fitting as it's serving the food of our neighbors. We had good service and they were happy to talk about the food. I selected a Cuban plater with shredded beef that came with rice, beans, and plantains which was plentiful and delicious. The restaurant itself is gayly painted and very simple which gives an authentic feel like in more exotic locations. Coffee after was excellent.
Highlight of visit: My Cuban platter was really delicious and several to choose from. Don't miss getting a coffee.

Very expensive, $30 for two sandwiches - no banana chips with the meal. Sandwich was not hot or pressed enough.

It seemed like they opened this place up fast and not much done inside from the past occupant. The lady at the counter said she was Mexican and the owner is from Guatemala. The pulled pork and shredded tacos were very good and they make excellent tortillas. The yuca cheese fries were awesome. Just wish they had beer! They also give discount if paying by cash.

It's a very basic cafe inside with nice views and counter type service. We had coffees which were very good but would have preferred in china cups instead of paper if consuming in, and we split a bistek sandwich that was tasty. Nice to see another addition to the FB eating scene and I hope they do well. Will be back to sample more.
