Review of Focaccia by Tim C. from Palm Coast
Just brought my family here for the first time...the food was unbelievable! My kids raved over the flatbreads and said that it beat any pizza they have ever eaten. We will most definitely be going back!

We ate here based on a recommendation and thought we were back in Rome. Loved the flatbread.

Bravo , Such a wonderful addition to Palm coast , I hope everyone support's this gem as the food is wonderful . Everything is home made & these are the pizza's you get in Rome .. We tried many different thing's on there menu & it hit me that each & every one had such flavor in there own right that made it very special . I have to say that my favorite was there zucchini & cheese strips . We can't wait to go back again .

Wonderful food, authentic Italian. Owners very nice people, great service. We took a dozen focaccine home to serve for Christmas dinner. Love this place and the people.

Quality ingredients with great taste just like Italy. Focaccia's makes a great dinner with good wine. A must to try.

Not your typical pizza so do not go expecting lots of sauce and cheese. They have a wide variety of focaccia to choose and everyone of them is absolutely delicious. The owners are very friendly and the restaurant is very clean. This is my new favorite place to eat. Looking forward to many wonderful meals.

Focaccia is pizza with a difference! My favorites are usually the veggie squares like eggplant, potato, onion, zucchini; a seven by seven square for $5. But the sandwich of roast beef and arugula on focaccia with olive oil is the best; $7. There are also small round pieces for a dollar and strips for $1.50 of various types. I like the ham and mozzarella strip and the olive rounds with or without tomato best. Many good choices here. Also wine and beer. Cheerful service from owners Alexia and Dario (from Rome to Palm Coast!). The restaurant is very modern and clean with just a few tables.
The tomato sauce is especially nice and unlike the usual pizza place. I've been stopping by once or twice a week to take something home. Reheats very nicely with just ten seconds in the microwave.

We enjoyed lunch at Focaccia. One had the spicy salami, one had the cherry tomato and basil (their signature dish?) Slices were large, but we were disappointed that the edges got burned after they reheated it. Freshly baked might be better. As others have mentioned, the decor is spartan.

I love this new place! Yes, it may be a little on the sterile side, but it is clean clean clean! And, I love that! The "pizza" is very unique and I love trying new combinations. This is not your average pizza shop - it is quality food, however!

This is a bright and very stark restaurant with about four tables and some window seating. It has some nice touches but it's very clinical and in need of artwork on the walls. The girl serving was very cheerful and was happy to help. But I was not too impressed with the food. There was basically a few focaccia's that looked like they had been sitting out for a while to chose from, which are then just sliced and reheated. The flavor of mine wasn't too bad but it did not taste as fresh as I would of preferred and the base quite hard. This has the makings of a great little place if it just served fresher food and a better variety.

Totally unique pizza experience. So delicious and fresh! Lots of choices! Wait time might be a bit when waiting for a fresh one to come out. Very small inside, few tables, and some window bar seating, but loved the jar glass lights hanging-very unique. Not like any other place in Palm Coast.

Not bad. We tried two varieties. One traveled better than the other. It was okay. Maybe a bit expensive for what it is but big pieces. Probably best eaten fresh. Very polite and friendly service which is very much appreciated here in Palm Coast. The store while sparse was spotless and clean.

My husband and I really liked the food here. They have a great selection and ours was very tasty. The woman serving was helpful and friendly and prices reasonable. The decor is clean but very sparse with just plain white walls. Some nice pictures would make it feel warmer inside. But overall very good and we will go back.

The food was excellent. Just like Italy; wine was good healthy pour. Very unique. Not your run of the mill restaurant. Palm Coast needs this place.
