Fancy Sushi Japanese Restaurant UNCLAIMED

The staff were friendly and it's a nice place inside, but the sushi is not the best. It wasn't too busy but the sushi appeared like it was made in a big rush, plus the flavor really wasn't that great. However the soup and shrimp tempura were very good and my son enjoyed the chicken katsu.

A nice inviting place with low lights and music. Our server couldn't have been better and we ordered a few rolls and tempura. The sushi is made to order, looked lovely, and was fresh and tasty. The tempura was lightly battered and nice and crispy with no oily taste, and the veggies inside cooked just right. This was a very enjoyable dinner here and even my husband ate all the sushi which he never does!

We had a warm welcome and all staff very friendly and attentive. The sushi was attractively plated and tasted great. Soup and small salad starters good. Plenty of sushi types to choose from and all made fresh to order. This is the only sushi place this sound of town so grateful that it's a good one.

Thought the sushi was of good quality and tasted great. The Vegetable Teriyaki was tasty too. Good beers and sake selections. Service was excellent. The restaurant is very pleasant and clean.

The first impressions were good with nice lady welcoming and seating us. The server was friendly and the menu had a lot of choices. We had soup, a tempura appetizer, and a few sushi rolls, and everything was delicious. You can tell the freshness and quality of the ingredients, and all were made to order. The environment is very nice and calm and I thought the prices were reasonable.

Highlight of visit: Flamethrower Roll and Sweet Heart Roll were very good.

My husband and I had a wonderful lunch here today. The lady that greeted us was so welcoming and she was very passionate about sharing her menu recommendations with us. The Vegetable Tempura was excellent with a lovely light batter and the veggies were cooked just right, and we had the maki lunch special where we picked three sushi rolls that were all very fresh and tasty. The restaurant is relaxing with nice lighting and very clean and the service is the best.

Very good sushi and poke bowls. The Flamethrower Roll and Ginza Rolls are awesome and for two the Fancy Love Boat is a lot of fun. Staff are all great and atmosphere is cool with nice lighting and it's very clean. Food presentations are very good.

Not the best sushi I've had but Ok for a quick lunch. Decor is quite nice and staff friendly but could be more attentive. The rolls were small but complimentary miso soup and ginger salad are a nice touch.

Nice relaxing atmosphere but not the greatest sushi. It's not bad sushi but I find the rolls smaller than other places and some don't have much flavor. But the ingredients seem fresh and they are nicely presented. Staff always very pleasant and it appears to be very clean. I work very close so this is convenient but I just often leave feeling like I wanted more!

Love me some Fancy Sushi :-) Their rolls have all been delicious with very pretty presentations. All prices are reasonable and staff friendly. I usually get the any 3 roll special. One of my favorite places to eat at in Palm Coast.

Much nicer inside than it looks from the outside and for a small place they have a great selection of sushi. We have never been disappointed with our rolls and the soup etc. is very good. Our son always gets a combo Hibachi and loves it. Staff polite and service is fast. Impressed with how it's run as everything seems smooth and calm. Good mask requirement to enter.

Sushi roll wasn't bad but the Scallop Hibachi Dinner was very good and super tasty. Soup was pretty good as well. Nice atmosphere and people working are friendly. Prices are fair.

Nice friendly little place with reasonable sushi. Found that some rolls were good but some didn't have much taste or flavor. Nori seaweed on one roll was tough like leather but they remade and second was fine.
