Burger King UNCLAIMED

We went there for beakfast. We sat at the drive through for five minutes and no one came on the speaker to take our order. We went inside. The dinning room floor was FILTHY!!! The 2 employee's clothing was FILTHY!!!! When we left the back paking lot was so full of pot holes. Worse Burger King experience. This place needs new management. A horrible experience.

Do not waste your time or money here. It's dirty, the service is slow, the staff couldn't care less, and the place looks like it should be condemned!

Everything about this s*#thole is a failure. Bad service! Lousy food! Dirty! Why bother?

Always inconsistent quality of food, never answers the phone when I call with an order problem. Just today order a Whopper with cheese, heavy ketchup and a small frozen Coke. I got the Coke, the Whopper however had no cheese, very little ketchup and was cut in half, so I obviously go someone else's order. Tried to call to let them know and no answer.

Don't go here!!! I should have turned around and left when I noticed my flip flops were sticking to the floor on the way to the counter to order my food. I ordered a Whopper, 2 double cheeseburgers, and 2 orders of onion rings to go. After 10min of waiting, I noticed apparently it was too much for the cook to handle. He was putting buns and burgers in the machine with no gloves on. The girl at the counter said something to him and he went in the back to get help to make our 3 burgers. 5 min later the girl at the counter asked if we would like to eat our onion rings before they get cold because our burgers weren't ready yet. And just to let you know we were the only 2 people in there. In closing if you are ever driving north or south on 95 in palm coast fl and you see a sign for Burger King do yourself a favor and keep driving!

Worst burger ever. Not into cold food. I would not recommend this burger King. Bad location also. Close this location and open a new one closer to the town center on 100.

Highlight of visit: Whopper with cheese, fries

Unclean, grass uncut, parking lot full of trash, staff very unprofessional. I am 65 yrs old and have been a customer for a long time, but I will not eat or purchase any food from your location on FL-100 off of highway I95. The store looks nasty and unkept and I would be afraid to eat anything from this store. Whoever manages this store should be fired all the way up to Regional manager. It's a disgrace.

Always a problem here! Often closed (I understand staff shortages) with no explanations or signs, always out of something, sometimes cash only for whatever reason, food can take forever, and not well kept inside. It's a big shame because I like Burger King's burgers the most but this location is just a complete disaster.

Wait time was ridiculous and then order was not right. Parked car and went inside to get it corrected but that turned into an even longer wait and no apologies from slow moving staff. I like their burgers but this is just too much work for a sandwich!!!
