They are still only on a soft opening so they only have a small menu selection right now, so I tried their Gumbo which was very good, but I would have liked it to be more spicy. The Margarita I had was delicious and I could have had a few more LOL Service is super nice and very professional, and I'm impressed with how they transformed this place into a beautiful beachfront spot. I can't wait for their full opening and menu and will be back for that for sure.

Visited this new beachfront restaurant last night. Knowing in advance that they were still in a soft opening mode. Upon arrival I accidentally bumped into a woman who upon apology introduced herself as Linda the owner! We laughed and joked and were promptly seated. She then explained that the sushi part of the marquis was not yet available. Ok, no problem! We decided to start with the Fried green tomatoes! My wife just loved them! I’ve never been a fan. My wife then ordered the Shrimp Boil served with potatoes, mushrooms and corn. Needless to say she is eating the leftovers for lunch as I’m writing this! I too am eating leftovers. A lightly panko breaded chicken Po Boy! It’s only leftover because the amount of fries was enough for two but I ate them all!! OINK! Certainly fresh cut not frozen potatoes!!! The whole meal was Yum! The staff was helpful and responsive! We will definitely return in hopes that the Sushi will be there soon!

The Cajun Beach in Flagler Beach offers a mostly outdoor dining experience with ocean views and a lively bar scene. Customers appreciate the flavorful Cajun dishes like the Biloxi boil, jambalaya, gumbo, and shrimp and grits, though some mention occasional inconsistencies in food quality. The atmosphere is generally relaxed and social, with beachy vibes and games like cornhole enhancing the visit. Service receives mixed feedback; while staff are friendly and welcoming, wait times and order accuracy can be uneven, especially during busy periods. Drinks range from decent to good, with margaritas noted positively, though they do not reach craft cocktail standards. The sushi menu is limited and sometimes unavailable. Overall, the combination of scenic location and Cajun flavors appeals to many, despite occasional service and preparation hiccups.
