Rodie's is our go to weekend breakfast spot. Love everything on the menu specifically the Eggs Benedict which has a very unique and delicious twist. Their Spicy Grits are an essential side to any dish. Staff are friendly and atmosphere homey.

Noticed Rodie's when going to Washington Oaks a while ago but it was busy so thought we'd try again this morning for breakfast. Got there early and a table people started to arrive. Everyone inside is very friendly and welcoming but they have a couple of old systems we didn't like such as paying at the counter, which I'm sure wouldn't work well for the server's tips. However, they have some specialty items on the menu that sounded interesting so I had the Eggs Benedict that uses cauliflower bread and crab cakes, which actually worked very well and was quite tasty. My partner had the sausage and gravy and said it was just OK, but he did really like the side of spicy grits. It definitely makes a change from the usual breakfast options in Palm Coast but somewhere I'd visit too often.

Rodie's Place in Palm Coast offers a casual dining experience focused on made-from-scratch breakfast and brunch dishes with a Southern influence. Popular plates include the Rodie's Egg Benedict, house-smoked Corned Beef Hash, and Shrimp n Grits, all praised for fresh, flavorful preparation. The French Toast with a crunchy topping also receives frequent mention. Guests appreciate attentive service and the owner's personal involvement, creating a friendly environment. Outdoor seating is often preferred for its bright, open feel, although the indoor space is small. The restaurant can get busy, especially on weekends, and parking may be limited. Some find certain sandwiches messy to eat, and a few note minor inconsistencies like cold toast or dry French Toast, but overall the food quality and thoughtful execution stand out against the moderately priced menu.
