Carrabba's Italian Grill UNCLAIMED

Sat in the bar area and liked the atmosphere there, but the service was slow. Once our food arrived everything tasted great. Thought the calamari appetizer with Ricardo sauce was excellent and the Johnny's Trio of chicken dishes were very good... all tasty but the Bryan was my favorite. The sangria was good. Overall, not bad for a chain restaurant but the service needs some work.

We had a good meal here, but the service has changed and is not as good as it used to be. Staff were very friendly and helpful but just spread too thin and neither seemed to be able to do one thing without the other... very strange! Their Veal Marsala is a great dish and I love the sauce, and my wife loved the Chicken Rosa Maria. We had a nice pitcher of Blackberry Sangria that I highly recommend. We shared the new Olive Oil cake which was light with a good mix of flavors.

Our server was good at disappearing but overall we had a really nice meal here today. My steak was perfect and the chicken dish my wife had was moist and tasty. Their sangria is very good and went well with our meals. Salad was good and the ingredients fresh. If our waiter was more attentive this would have been 5 stars.

We stopped in for lunch and sat at the bar for some bites and drinks. We got excellent service from the barman and our food was very tasty, and the drinks excellent. My wife enjoyed a sangria and I ordered a seasonal martini that was amazing. For food we had a combination of the classic apps which were all delicious and looked just as good as in the menu picture. I wish I got the barman's name but he did great work and was very hospitable. I usually like to support independent locally owned restaurants, but there are none close by that can offer such as a good experience as Carrabba's at this time of day.

The food was very good but our server was having bad night and he just wasn't with it... it was like pulling teeth just to get a water refill! Our food was delicious and very well cooked and my fillet just melted in my mouth. We ordered cocktails and I saw them being made and they just sat there for ages waiting on our server, and by the time we receive them they were watery. It's a shame about the lack of service as it would have been a 5 star experience otherwise.

The food here is always good and you get attentive service. Lots of very good dishes on the menu from steak to salads and some good seafood items as well. We like the lobster raviolis and the Tuscan filet with spicy Sicilian butter topping. The cannoli cake for two is a delicious finish to the meal.

Kudos to these guys for opening after the storm when most other places were closed allowing us to get a hot meal when our power was out. The food was as good as ever and the whole family was thoroughly satisfied. Thank you Carrabba's!

What I like about this place is that the food is consistent so I can always rely on getting the meal I expect, but what I don't like is that the service is not consistent and some days it's really not too good. Bar service can be especially slow at times. But when everything is going well this place is truly excellent, and they have some very tasty meals on the menu... I really like the Tuscan Pork Chops with the Spicy Sicilian Butter or the Salmon Capperi(sp?). Bit whatever I have it has to be with one of their delicious Sangrias!

We sat up at the bar and service was good from bar staff who were continuously busy so hard to get attention. The drinks were very good but would like to see more choices. The Stuffed Mushroom appetizer was good and the Rigatoni entree was tasty. I like Carrabba's and although not the best or most authentic Italian food, I find the food comforting and always leave satisfied.

Carrabba's has some very good dishes on their menu and I praise the staff who worked hard cooking and serving us. The Zucchini Fritter appetizer tasted great and the salads were very fresh. My Veal Marsala was delicious with a very good sauce and was perfectly cooked. My wife's Lobster Raviolis were generously stuffed and the cream sauce was loaded with flavor. I don't typically frequent chain restaurants but I have to say that this one really does deliver good and tasty food with excellent service. The atmosphere is not quite the best though.

Highlight of visit: My Veal Marsala is something I could eat every day!

So I think they're still short staffed... Our waiter was very friendly and professional but he appeared to be stretched over too many tables. We placed our cocktail orders first but didn't get them until after our appetizer had arrived. Maybe management could pitch in more instead of just walking around. However the food was really good and there wasn't a bite that we didn't enjoy. Our whole party raved about our dishes and we all left very content and stuffed.

It's pretty good. I really liked their stuffed mushrooms. I used to work there and the staff is pretty cool

We've been dining here since they first opened and it has remained one of our favorite local restaurants. I like that they revise the menu seasonally and they're also very flexible with the dishes if you like anything a certain way. The staff is polite and efficient it's not uncommon to have management stop by check on things. The food is very flavorful and the wood grill taste they get on some dishes is very good. We appreciate their customer service and are glad they're here in Palm Coast.

Really enjoyed our meal and received excellent service. Server went out of his way to ensure our needs were met. The Wine Harvest dishes were recommended and I had the Johnny Trio which offered a good variety and my partner had a Rigatoni that she thoroughly enjoyed. The wine pairings recommended were spot on. The cannoli cake for two rounded off the meal perfectly. I don't usually like to support chain restaurants like this, but you really do get an excellent meal and service at a reasonable price... it's hard to beat!

Had an excellent experience here last night. Waiter was really energetic and efficient. The food was delicious and everything was cooked to perfection... the Calamari with Ricardo Sauce appetizer is so good and the Johnny Trio offers great variety on one plate. Delicio! Can't wait to come back for more.

The Johnny is a great combo dish and love their marsala sauce. Steak was cooked just right. Pitcher of sangria was awesome and the cannoli cake rounded off the meal very well. Server was efficient but had an attitude. Prices are getting high here though.

We had a great meal with great service! The soup of the day was so good, I wish I could have brought some home. Our entrees were just as delicious. The only drawback was that we didn't realize the bar area seating would be sooo loud! There wasn't a lot of people there but those that were must have been drinking awhile and were hard of hearing. It was difficult to have a conversation at our table at times. I'm happy to go back soon but will insist on sitting in the dining room area instead.

Me and my wife have a wonderful dinner at least 2 times a week at the bar. The Bartenders Col and Gianna make our dinner experience the best every time we come. We meet so many great people at the bar and see them every week we are there! Food is always delicious and the management is always over top to make our experience great!!!

Highlight of visit: Meeting great friends and great cocktails while eating dinner.

Went with family and we all thought the food was amazing. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly, nicely presented and delicious. Kids had plenty of left overs to bring home. Server was very friendly but could of checked up on us more often. Wine choice was excellent and desserts were fabulous.

Apart from it smelling a little off inside and atmosphere dead (quiet time I guess), we had an amazing meal and excellent service. The food was spot on and everything tasted great! Our server was a gem and she did everything to make sure we had the best meal possible. the Calamari appetizer was so tasty and loved the Johnny Combo. Can't wait to visit again.
