This is the type of place we enjoy! Very welcoming and casual and none of the pretentiousness you get along the beachside, and at far better prices. Food is awesome and have had breakfast here countless times with so many things to choose from, and all good. Their omelettes are the BEST 😋

Good wholesome, comforting food in a cozy atmosphere with service that treats you well. Love their omelets for breakfast and they do some delicious sandwiches for lunch. Drive down here from Palm Coast at least one a week.
Highlight of visit: The mushroom Swiss omelet is my fav and they make a tasty Reuen.

A small cafe with good homestyle cookin' and friendly workers. Blueberry Pancakes are good and hubs like their biscuits and gravy. Inexpensive and plenty of fun stuff on the walls for conversation starters.

I had the French Toast specials which was quite good but the bacon was more leathery than crispy. The french toast was good and the eggs were cooked right. Coffee could be stronger. Our server could have checked up on us more often but was nice.

This is an old fashioned type of place with good home style food with friendly service. Mostly a breakfast place with lunch options too and of all the times I've been here have left well full. This is honest filling food that although it won't win any Michelin stars it will leave very satisfied.

This was our first time in Flagler Beach and were looking for a place to have breakfast. We happen to come across Friend’s Cafe and feel like we won the jackpot. From the lady that greeted us and sat us at a table, to our waitress, Crystelle, who was an angel and very attentive, to the food, to the decor inside; everything thing was perfect. What a wonderful experience and if you’re in the area, this is a must; we definitely will be back the next time we’re in Flagler Beach.
Highlight of visit: Our waitress Crystelle and of course the breakfast.

This is like a diner type of place and reminds me of one we had back in Pennsylvania. They have a big menu and serve big breakfasts and the service is friendly. The building is a little run down but kind of adds to its charm. Food was good but marks taken off for the bacon which was not so good... everything else was good.

Very enjoyable breakfast here this morning with great food and service. Lady serving was a delight and my crabcakes eggs benedict was so delish. A very locals place with lots to look at on the walls and it was nice not to be rushed.

This was a great find! Excellent inexpensive breakfast with good friendly service and a nice homey feel. Our food was delicious and my 12 year old thought it was the best breakfast she'd had out. This is a real locals type place and we will return often.

This place lives up to his name and slogan, it really is very friendly and even on your first time there you're treated like a long time regular. They really know how to do breakfasts here and everything was delicious. Omelets are a great choice and the Benedict excellent too. Fun interior and you'll never leave here hungry.

Friend's Cafe in Flagler Beach offers a warm, casual dining experience known for its hearty breakfast and homestyle cooking. Frequent guests praise the well-prepared omelets-like the Spanish and artichoke varieties-and fluffy pancakes, often described as the best in town. Biscuits and gravy, made almost entirely from scratch, are highlights, though the hollandaise sauce on Eggs Benedict receives mixed feedback regarding freshness and taste. Coffee service is consistent but sometimes considered average. The friendly staff contributes to a community atmosphere despite occasional busy periods that may leave servers feeling rushed. The interior features beach-inspired, nostalgic decor, reflecting local character. Pricing is very reasonable, making it an accessible choice for filling, dependable meals. Some minor inconsistencies in food quality and temperature control have been noted but do not overshadow the generally satisfying experience.
