Review of Far East Fusion by Peter from Palm Coast
This is kind of an extension of the Asian market next door selling noodle dishes, stir fry, roasted ducks, etc. The owner is Cambodian but it has a bit of all flavors from Southeast Asia. Although clean the setting inside is very basic and not too welcoming, and the staff are friendly but appear lost. However I ordered takeout and the food was really tasty and I enjoyed it immensely. Very good pricing too. They have a sign asking for help so I'm sure this will become a great spot once they get fully staffed and organized.

Owners of the market next door, they are just getting started. They are nice, hard working folks who make great Asian dishes. A real boost to the limited Palm Coast restaurant scene. Foodies will easily look past their grand opening challenges.
Highlight of visit: Drunken noodles

Good food but service is somewhat slow still struggling to handle orders. Staffs should learn how to smile and be polite. Ambiance and atmosphere needs to be decorated.
Highlight of visit: Staffs need to improve politeness, smile and good PR. Pad Thai was great.

So they are just doing a soft opening so only offering a few items and service not quite up to par yet. But the noodle dish I had tasted awesome and they really know how to cook. It's owned by the owners of the Far East market next door. Not the best atmosphere and it still feels like you're in a half completed restaurant.
