Review of JP's Italian American Bistro by Irene Lohman from Palm Coast
JP's is a great little restaurant and deli very similar to how you find up north. Owners are welcoming and the food is homey, filling, and very tasty. I wish I lived closer but worth the drive.

JP's is a great little shop for some awesome NY style sandwiches and bistro foods. Staff are very pleasant and the prices are reasonable. Small and friendly place with an Italian shop next door that is also worth visiting.

JP's has fantastic sandwiches with quality ingredients and everything is fresh and tasty. Their sauces are flavorful and fillings are generous. The owner is personable and is happy to make the way you like it. Check out next door for Italian supplies.

JP's is a small place that's kind of dark inside but the staff/owners are very nice and they have some very good food. It's very old style food which I love and is delicious and comforting. I also used them for party platters which were loved by everyone.

I was highly recommended JPs but I was disappointed. I ordered a large Chicken Parm to go and when I got home it was a soggy mess. I admit it tasted Ok but I had to eat with a knife and fork. The bread was way too soggy and should have been a nice crusty roll. Also had to wait a long time for it and I was the only customer. I might try one of their dishes next time as they seem to have the flavors right.

JP’s has the best people and best food around! Their sandwiches are amazing and you have to try their meatballs. One of Palm Coast’s best.

Awesome sandwiches! Had about six varieties and all have been excellent. Great fillings and full of flavor. Anthony is a cool guy and he knows what goes into a great sandwich.

I've been here many times and always get the chick parm sandwich. It's the first thing I ordered and loved it so much, I get it every time now. Awesome staff and the kind of place that remembers you.
Highlight of visit: The Chicken parm sandwich of course 😋😋

Hands down the BEST Chicken Parmesan Sandwich south of Mason Dixie! In fact you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Great owners and a friendly atmosphere.

JP's makes the best hot Italian sandwiches in town and the nicest people too. I order from here often for lunch and always very happy with the food and service.

I ordered takeout from JP’s Italian American Bistro I placed my order they told me 30 minutes went to pick up my order and was told they didn’t have one of the cheesesteaks he told me he tried to call me which they never did so he sold me on a beef sand sandwich. So I went outside to wait . Went back after he said it would be 15 more minutes. Went and sat in my car he put up a sign on front door. Went to go back to get the order the door was locked. Not only that I went to place an order the night before and was put on hold for over 10 min so I hung up and called again the phone went right to voicemail this was at 4:30 in the afternoon. I don’t know what kind of business they are running there . So I would not recommend this place to anyone. Seems to me that they never made my order because it doesn’t take 15 minutes to put a hot roast beef together.

This is a good traditional style deli/sandwich shop with mom & pop type service. Sandwiches are awesome and I like the classic Italian ones, and their pasta dishes are delicious and very satisfying. Everything is very reasonably priced and it's a good clean shop with easy parking.

Love this Mom & Pop restaurant! The couple who owns this place are very friendly and make you feel at home. I seem to be stuck on their Eggplant Parmigiana with pasta. I had it when I went there last week & I had to come back for more today. It was soooo delicious!!! The serving portion was more than enough to fill me up and take half of it home. The Limoncello cake I had for dessert was the best!

This place is an absolute gem! I've had a few items from subs to salads to pasta dishes and everything has been delicious. Customer service is like old fashioned hospitality you don't see much of these days. They have good prices and they have made the restaurant a very comfortable and cozy space.

If you have not been to this great little bistro yet, I highly recommend that you do. The owners are very passionate and personable and offer some really tasty food which is all American/Italian comfort food style. I get subs here for lunch and get meals to go for later.

The BEST Italian food in town! As a single guy who doesn't cook I stock here and I'm well fed for the week. All the dishes are excellent and taste even better the next day. They also have the best customer service. I drive here from Flagler Beach but I would crawl if I had to!!

We don't go down this road much so had no idea this place was here!! They need to advertise more because it is a real gem!! Owners are passionate and produce some incredible food. We had hot Roast Beef and Cheesesteak sandwiches there and got Chicken Parm, Eggplant, and Sausage Marinara to go and they were incredible dishes. You won't regret looking for this place it's totally worth it.

This is my second 5 star review of JP's. First was on YELP.
My wife ordered the Godmother, it was a spot on Italian meat hero, first class meats, sliced thin so that you can really taste the meat. The bread is so perfect for this hero. The next hero is definitely the Godfather o/v on the side again.
I got the Jewish deli hero, if you have ever been to NY & had a hero at The KATZ deli ; JP's brought back those happy memories of KATZs' waiters scurrying around yelling out orders to the cooks, an all male staff, waiters white shirt/black pants white apron tied up past their bellies, a bucket of pickles on the table. Sorry I digress: JP's Jewish deli hero brought back youthful memories.
I must also say to anyone that has put up with my 'review', the hero reheats perfectly in an air fryer for a few minutes.
Highlight of visit: So far 4 different heros, 5 stars for all of them Going back to order more when they reopen on Tuesday.
