Had dinner here tonight and we all thought it was very good. Big atmosphere and terrific service. Food was delicious and everything cooked as requested. Only compliant was that the rolls were not so fresh, but other than that all was great.

First time here per-pandemic was a really awesome experience, but on our last visit it was a different experience. Service, although friendly, was slow and scattered. Our meal and side all came out at different times and some were cold and needed re-heating. Steak was not cooked right and the whole table ate at different times. Atmosphere is good and hoping they're just finding themselves again after re-opening. Will give it a while and try again.

We visited the Palm Coast location on July 12th at 3 pm. The service was great. My Filet Mignon was sub par. Lots of fat, and very chewy. Not what I would expect from your best steak.

Highlight of visit: Our waitress was great.

This is a great restaurant with the best service and lively atmosphere. Food is always awesome and prime rib is the best around and all steaks so tender. Salads are fresh and nice sides. Drinks are good as well. Good portions for prices.

Food was very sub par. Tonight it was not worth the price. Disappointed. Had to return steak for re-do's. Making family member to eat alone and feel rushed. We did have great service and I will say they are doing very well with the standards needing for Covid-19. Although the service was good the food was not. We won't be back. No. 1 steak was over cooked , salty and like leather. The other steak was so salty it was in-edible.

Absolutely worst costumer service I’ve experienced! Order 2 family pack meals, burgers and chops. Received the 24 burgers but only received 8 chops of the 20. Called them and they refused to fix their mistake because we noticed on Sunday when thawing the meat and didn’t call Wednesday. WE DID NOT open the packs. They were wrapped and went straight to the freezer. Will never do business with them again. I spent 160.50 and never received my full order. Please check your orders! They will rip you off! Shame on you Texas Roadhouse! You’ve lost a really good customer!

Too noisy inside! Loud -loud-loud. Stressful atmosphere. Dirty floors-music is much too loud. Can enjoy great food but not the atmosphere. It is way too noisy and floors too dirty-and I have been to several out of state that are clean, welcoming and offer the ability to have conversations at dinner table without screaming to be heard. Love the food though!

Highlight of visit: The Ribs are fantastic

These guys have the pickup system down to a science! Order online by choosing a family pack or select a "Ready to Grill" yourself cut. You select your pickup time and when you arrive the staff will direct through the pickup area and you'll be on your way in no time. The menu is limited but you get the same great staff and the food is delicious. We ordered a family pack of sirloins where you get four steaks and a choice of four sides and four drinks for around $35 which is a great deal.

Been 3 times since they've opened and each time the food and service were excellent. Staff are energetic and entertaining too. Great selection of food and my steaks have always been cooked perfectly. A well run restaurant that's great to have in Palm Coast.

The service is awesome and the atmosphere loud and fun. You get free peanuts and staff are entertaining. Food was delicious and portion sizes very generous. Husband had a filet with shrimp combo and I had a the steak medallions. Both of our steaks were cooked perfectly and very tender. Manager stopped by to check on everything. This is a wonderful restaurant to have in town and we look forward to our next visit.

Awesome experience!! The food was so tasty, perfectly cooked and great presentation. Mostly impressed with the staff, from seating to waitress to the person who brought our check, all professional, personable and well trained. Also notable, is the diversity of the staff, from age to ethnicity, well thought out and a pleasure to see this.

Had a long wait for a table which was fine but food was slow coming out. Everything tasted very good but potatoes were stone cold! Steak cooked as I ordered. Staff are very efficient and friendly. Apart from the food coming out slow and potatoes being cold we really liked it here. Hoping once they're settled in the details will get better.

First time at a Texas Roadhouse and we loved the atmosphere, food and service. We are a family of five and had quite a long wait for a table but it was very busy. It has a loud but fun atmosphere that makes it feel alive instead of the usual deadpan vibe you get at most places around Palm Coast. The menu is varied and we had most combo plates with my daughter having a burger. Everything was cooked perfectly and we all ended up with empty plates. Texas Roadhouse is a very welcome establishment here in Palm Coast and it raises the culinary standards.

Very lively atmosphere and other customers all looked like they're enjoying it. Food was very tasty and cooked as ordered. Our only complain was with the service where everything was great before and during the meal but towards the end we felt like we were being rushed and pushed out. We just wanted to sit and let our food go down while having a nice drink, but the waiter kept dropping hints for us to leave to the point it was annoying. I agree it was busy but we hadn't been there that long and we still had cocktails left to finish.
