Staff are really good and the restaurant is very clean and modern looking. One of the best pho' I've had in America and the bahn mi was excellent too,... read more!
Review of Tram's Cafe by Martin from Palm Coast
This is a rebuttal to my previous review on 10/25, in which I was disappointed with the decline of Tram's. Today I tried again and was pleasantly surprised at how much it had improved! The dining area was much more tidy and organized and they have even added a nice faux bookshelf to cover the plain wood wall. The young man serving was more welcoming and sprite and the staff had cool "What the Pho" shirts. The food was excellent! I had pho and bahn mi and was very happy with both, especially the baguette. Now they have to keep up this standard 🤞😋

Oh no!!! What happened to this place? You'd think the new owners would be making a big effort to get going in the community, but the service was not welcoming and had no enthusiasm whatsoever. I felt like I was disturbing his time on the laptop! Food not as good either. Pho just didn't have the flavors or richness as before! The bubble tea was good though. I honestly can't see Trams serving with this low quality service and disappointing food. Such a shame as it was a great restaurant with staff that cared.

Not as good as it was with the previous owners! The restaurant is starting to look run down with plywood wall up, and dining area used as storage and tables used for an office. Service from what appeared to be a high schooler was direct with no genuine pleasantries. Older gentleman just looked pissed off about something and failed to acknowledge me. Bread on Bahn Mi not the same and was not nice and crispy like it used to be. Pho was still good but just didn't taste like it used to. I guess I just miss the old Tram's and new ownership just not so good or as friendly and welcoming.

I've always liked the food at Tram's and was concerned new owners took over, but the food is just as good, if not better, and they have some more options too. The Pho is superb and the Bahn Mi's are among the best I've had. I still find it inconvenient to access with parking so far away as I can't walk like I used to. They have a nice, bright and clean restaurant inside, but I wish they'd make it feel more authentically Vietnamese other than the ubiquitous lucky cat.

Trams has always been one of our favorite takeout places and now they have some new dishes and drinks, so I tried the rice vermicelli with grilled lemongrass pork and eggroll and it was awesome, and the boba milk tea tasted better than before. GF had the tom shrimp pho and she said it was amazing. A hit with us all round.

Ordered the roast pork pho and the deluxe banh mi. The pho was excellent and very flavorful but no room left for the sandwich so had that later, and it was really good too. The bread was great. The place is friendly and nicely done, but I think it would do much better outside of the European Village as it's kind of run down now.

Their vegetable pho has amazing flavor and is very rich for not having meat. Nice staff and atmosphere but I usually bring home.
Highlight of visit: The P10 Vegetable Pho. Amazing flavor.

1st time eating at Tram's Café. The Pho and Bahn Mi are outstanding. The depth of flavor in the broth is out of this world. I cant wait to go back. I will be frequenting this restaurant a lot.
Highlight of visit: I had the Bahn Mi Deluxe, Highly recommended. Also the bread used is awesome.

Always good customer service and excellent vegetarian pho and bhan mi. They make a special meat free broth that is delicious. One of my favorite things to do is dip my bhan mi in the pho. So good 😋

We ordered the tofu and veg pho and the tofu banh mi and really enjoyed them. The pho has a rich broth with plenty of veggies and fixin's. The banh mi is a heck of a sandwich and the bread is perfectly crusty on the outside with that 'French' taste I have not been able to find anywhere else around Palm Coast.

We tried Tram's today during the market and we thought it was excellent. We both had pho which had such amazing flavors and good ingredients. My husband had the steak and brisket pho and I had thinly sliced beef pho. They had just the right amount of spice and this food is perfect for the colder weather. Staff are happy to explain the menu to you and we liked the atmosphere.

Tram's is not a full Vietnamese restaurant and is more like a soup (pho) and sandwich (bahn mi) shop with bubble and flavored tea, but everything they do is very good. The pho is perfect for cold weather, and the bahn mi has the best bread and fillings. I think I have tried everything on the menu including the veg and tofu options, and it's all been amazing. Although the shop is nice, my only complaint is that's in the European Village which is not very convenient and not my favorite place to access especially at night.

I really like their pho... the broth has so much umami. Boba is great for afterwards. Staff are very polite and prices are reasonable.

Stopped in when going to the EV's Farmer's Market and had a Banh Mi which was excellent, and really liked the bubble tea. Lady serving was very helpful and we enjoyed sitting outside.
Highlight of visit: The Banh Mi with Ham and Pate was excellent and can't wait to try their Pho which my friend had and loved.

I'd like to say they have the best Bahn Mi in town but I think they have the only Bahn Mi in town, but who needs any other when this is so good? The bread is crispy and fresh, and the filling is very tasty. I've tried every one they have including the veg and tofu, and they're all awesome, but I'll have to say the Delux with Pork Roll, Pate and Ham is one incredible sandwich 😋 The staff are so friendly and although I always takeout, it looks very nice to eat inside.

I had the vegetable broth pho and they really get a lot of flavor in there considering no meats. Plenty of tofu, veggies, and condiments came with it and everything was delicious. Not your typical loud and cluttered Vietnamese place, instead very calm and clean with nice staff.

Not a full Vietnamese restaurant with mostly just pho and bahn mi on the menu. But the ham and pate bahn mi was excellent and the boba was good, but thought it was a small cup for the price. Just wish it had more variety.

Very nice cafe with helpful staff. I enjoyed the shrimp pho which was far more filling than I thought it would be. I got a lychee bubble tea to go that was delish.

Very tasty pho. The broth is seasoned just right. Bahn Mi has the best bread and love dipping it in the pho. Very clean and nice staff.

The food was good, I had Pho and the broth had great flavor and the dumplings were tasty. I didn't like that there is no table service here though. You order and pay at the counter then take your food and find a table. No nice bowls either, just all plastic which takes away from a true Vietnamese feel. The restaurant is nice and clean and the staff were friendly. I'd have just liked a better dining in experience
