Tram's is not a full Vietnamese restaurant and is more like a soup (pho) and sandwich (bahn mi) shop with bubble and flavored tea, but everything they do is very good. The pho is perfect for cold weather, and the bahn mi has the best bread and fillings. I think I have tried everything on the menu including the veg and tofu options, and it's all been amazing. Although the shop is nice, my only complaint is that's in the European Village which is not very convenient and not my favorite place to access especially at night.

Stopped in when going to the EV's Farmer's Market and had a Banh Mi which was excellent, and really liked the bubble tea. Lady serving was very helpful and we enjoyed sitting outside.
Highlight of visit: The Banh Mi with Ham and Pate was excellent and can't wait to try their Pho which my friend had and loved.

I'd like to say they have the best Bahn Mi in town but I think they have the only Bahn Mi in town, but who needs any other when this is so good? The bread is crispy and fresh, and the filling is very tasty. I've tried every one they have including the veg and tofu, and they're all awesome, but I'll have to say the Delux with Pork Roll, Pate and Ham is one incredible sandwich 😋 The staff are so friendly and although I always takeout, it looks very nice to eat inside.

I had the vegetable broth pho and they really get a lot of flavor in there considering no meats. Plenty of tofu, veggies, and condiments came with it and everything was delicious. Not your typical loud and cluttered Vietnamese place, instead very calm and clean with nice staff.

Not a full Vietnamese restaurant with mostly just pho and bahn mi on the menu. But the ham and pate bahn mi was excellent and the boba was good, but thought it was a small cup for the price. Just wish it had more variety.

The food was good, I had Pho and the broth had great flavor and the dumplings were tasty. I didn't like that there is no table service here though. You order and pay at the counter then take your food and find a table. No nice bowls either, just all plastic which takes away from a true Vietnamese feel. The restaurant is nice and clean and the staff were friendly. I'd have just liked a better dining in experience

Every Friday I get Pho from Tram's for my wife and me on the way home. We call it our Pho Friday, and it's always delicious and never changes from week to week. Same freshness, portion, and flavors. A very reliably good restaurant that makes our Fridays special.
Highlight of visit: My wife likes the Vegie and Tofu Pho and I like the Roast Pork Pho.

I really like Vietnamese food and would often eat it back in Philly, so I was excited to try Trams but was disappointed to discover that they only serve two dishes - Pho and Bahn Mi. This is very limited, and there are so many other delicious Vietnamese dishes they could be doing such as my favorite Hoi An Chicken Rice. The Pho I had was quite good but I just went there hoping to eat something else. The staff were pleasant and friendly and it is a nice restaurant in a unique location.

This is a great restaurant with unique food to Palm Coast and I always thought that it was located in the wrong place. The EV is inconvenient and it would be much more visible out in one of the strip malls. Their Bahn Mi's, Pho and teas are all excellent and the service is very professional.

The French Ham with Pate Banh Mi was really good and I loved the Lychee Milk Tea. Very nice inside and employees are friendly. Being in the EV I don't think of coming here often but I really should as it's an excellent restaurant.

I still love Tram's but I think they've changed the bread on their Banh Mi as it's not as good as it used to be... it was much crispier and had a wonderful flakey crust, but now it's just like the baguette you get in Publix. However, the filling is still very good and their Pho is really delicious. The staff is always nice and you won't find a cleaner restaurant.

Teas are awesome and available in so many exotic flavors. For food, they basically just have two dishes... Pho and Bahn Mi. Fortunately, both are really good and you can get the Pho with different meats, seafoods, or veggies and tofu. The Bahn Mi is made with the best French bread I've ever had and I just love the one with Ham and Pate. The lady serving is very polite and will help you order if you're unfamiliar and the restaurant is a very nice place to sit and enjoy your meal.

I live in the European Village and can't get enough of their Pho Tai and order it at least twice a week. I really like that it never changes and always looks and tastes exactly the same. It is professionally run and kept very clean.

The service was very polite and helpful and the restaurant is extremely clean with a relaxing sophisticated feel. Had a pho and banh mi with a bubble tea and loved every bite and slurp. So much flavor in the pho and the banh mi tasted so fresh with the best baguette. They have a great location too and I really loved it here.

Review by Billie, Palm Coast 2/6/20225.0Food:Service:Atmosphere:
The pho broth had very deep flavors and good umami and all the topping were fresh. The lychee bubble tea was very good too and the lady serving was very helpful in advising on what to order, and the dining area is a very clean and calm space.
Highlight of visit: The pho with chicken and shrimp was delicious and would order again anytime.

Very courteous and helpful staff. Their milk teas are awesome and I have loved every flavor so far especially the Guava. The brisket pho is so richly flavored and perfect for this cooler weather. Prices are very reasonable and it's a nice environment inside to eat.

Tram's Cafe in Palm Coast offers a focused menu of pho and banh mi with a reputation for flavorful, rich broths and fresh ingredients. Customers frequently praise the shrimp and beef pho for its deep, layered taste and tender meat. The banh mi features a crisp baguette and fresh, crisp fillings, though some find it slightly dry without traditional pâté. Service experiences vary, ranging from polite and helpful to less enthusiastic, with some recent improvements noted. The cafe maintains a clean, bright space with a casual counter-service setup. Drinks like Vietnamese coffee and bubble tea receive positive mentions. While some customers miss the quality and warmth of earlier ownership, Tram's remains a modest, inexpensive spot valued for tasty, authentic dishes despite the absence of an online menu or social media presence.
