Review of Vida Resto Lounge by Jack from Palm Coast
The skirt steak was not skirt and was overcooked and super tough. The fried banana was mushy and the drinks were awful. The mojito was loaded with syrup and had 1 mint leaf. The old fashioned had no taste. Basically had no alcohol in the drinks.

Had a good meal here with excellent service. Owner tries hard to please. The Skirt Steak had good flavor and was tender, and the sides quite good... rice not the best though. Drinks are decent and bar is nice.

Awesome service and best Cuban I've had in a long time and very good yucca fries. Cocktail was special. Definitely recommend.
Highlight of visit: Pressed Cuban Sandwich was excellent.

The cocktails and bar staff was very good. Not a big menu and just ordered some appetizers to go with drinks. The food wasn't bad at all but just didn't have a lot of flavors. The Arepas' only real taste came from the cilantro lime dressing. It's also much nicer sitting outside. I expected the inside to of had more of Latin setting but it's very much like an American bar.

The outside and inside are like two different restaurants... outside is nice and a fun people watching spot. Inside has an off feel that's half sports bar. Staff are very hospitable and offered recommendations. Our drinks were quite good but don't expect craft quality. The Mojo Pork tasted good and was tender but the plantains needed more cooking as some were too hard. DH said his Steak (Churasco?) was good and he liked the chimichurri sauce.

Margaritas were the star of the show and I probably drank way too many 🍸🍹🍸🍹 Food was very tasty and server was helpful and friendly. Live music was good and we had a lovely evening here.

We loved it here! Food, service and atmosphere were all excellent. Great Cubans and Empanadas and the Beef Picodilio was so delish. Full bar with some amazing cocktails. Couldn't of wished for better service and lovely sitting outside in the courtyard.

Not attractive food but it tasted good. However, there's so much variety in Latin food the menu really didn't do it justice. Server was very friendly and helpful. Ambiance was not very lively but I think would of been a better atmosphere with more customers. It seems to lack any real identity here and it didn't seem to know what kind of restaurant to be... horrible TV's everywhere in what could of been a nice sophisticated cocktail lounge, for example. Seems like they're trying to make it like Vegas but with a laid back PC crowd it doesn't feel right.

Limited menu and disappointed no veggie option except for the usual burger everyone has. They were out of our choices for appetizers so we skipped and went straight for meals. My pork dish was actually very good and I loved it but wife thought her veggie burger was a let down. Staff friendly but scattered. Not the best location in European Village as we had so many people not wearing masks walking close to us coughing and smocking etc. I'm not recommending as there are better more together choices.

I have been at these place twice and enjoyed it every time. Good food, great drinks. The staff was very nice. I would go back anytime I have the chance to visit.
Highlight of visit: Nachos, pulled pork, arepas, empanadas.

If you're like us typical Palm Coasters, I recommend you sit outside as the inside is more of nightclub lounge feel to it with too much going on to relax. We enjoyed sitting out front though and the service there was excellent. The menu is very sports bar'ish with a few plated meals and salads. I had the pulled mojo pork which didn't have as much flavor as I would of liked, but was tender and had nice sides. I think it would be better as more of a sit down restaurant than a club/sports bar place but maybe that's the crowd they get later at night.

We were pleasantly surprised of our experience at Vida. The staff make a very big effort to please and seem very passionate. Food was very good and we enjoyed every bite, and the drinks were equally as delicious. Very entertaining band help set the mood and it felt quite "Miami" in there. With a good crowd of people this is an excellent place and we will be regulars.

This was our first stop while appetizer hopping around EV this past Saturday. We enjoyed the happy hour Margaritas, the empanadas were satisfactory but a tad small in size and the 4 of us split a Cuban sandwich. Making sure that the staff knew we were sharing the Cuban, I fell that the distribution of the ingredients could have been more evenly distributed. Unfortunately for the ladies, who had the ends of the sandwich, there was more bread than filling. We will go back to try more selections.

I came here when it first opened and had a negative experience. My bad for not waiting until the opening bugs were worked out. But we returned this weekend and had an awesome time. Service was now very attentive and knowledgeable, drinks were made perfectly and the food was vibrant and delicious. The ambiance much improved and I wish them the best of success. It's a great place for a nice night out in Palm Coast.

My wife and I stopped here for dinner last weekend. Unfortunately I'm not a big meat eater so I didn't find anything on the menu that really appealed to me, so I just had drinks. But my wife had the ceviche and really enjoyed it. The staff were very good and we liked the atmosphere and live entertainment, but I just wish they had some more fresh lighter items on the menu. I had some good drinks but left hungry.

New Latin restaurant and cocktail bar with excellent food and creative drinks. Service was 5 star and although the menu is not large, everything was really flavorful and nicely presented. Drinks were well made and tasty. They're not quite craft cocktails but very good for Palm Coast. Considering the quality and high end service prices were very reasonable and we will certainly return.

I expected this new restaurant to have more energy but instead it was (at least when I was there) quite laid back. The decor is nice and almost nightclub-ish and they have a full bar and a very Latin menu. The roasted pulled pork was very good and my wife's ceviche was excellent. I would have liked to of seen a better beer selection especially some Latin ones. Seating outside is nice and staff pleasant. I think if it was busier teh atmosphere will have a better vibe.

Visited this new place with friends and had a great time socializing and drinking, but being a vegetarian that was nothing I could eat so I passed on the food. But my friends raved about their food and we all agreed on the service being good and staff hospitable. I really liked the atmosphere that is a kind of mix of sophisticated and casual. Something different for Palm Coast and I hope it does well.

Food was tasty but the service was the worst. Took over 30 minutes to get drinks and well over an hour for food. Won’t be back.
