    Their food is delicious and the freshest I've ever had in Palm Coast. For this type of food that's hard to find here.

    So we have been to Rojas a few times now. Can't get enough of those arepas! :) I have been there with friends and family members, and overall we all agree that it is a very nice option to have in Palm Coast. Those of us who enjoy and miss South American cooking, welcome this quaint, family owned restaurant with open arms. The restaurant is very new, and they're still working out some kinks. So even though it all isn't perfect just yet, it is a place that we'll continue to visit (can't wait...later on today, going to pick up some hallacas-Venezuelan tamales).

    This is a small but cozy place. Server was helpful with the menu and other staff smiled a lot to welcome us. It's very much a Latin family style atmosphere with a child playing around the tables but that was cool with us. The menu is quite typical with items like empanadas and Cuban sandwiches. I had a shredded beef dish with plantains and egg which was very tasty, Not too greasy like many Latin places and good flavor. My wife had a salad which she also enjoyed. We liked this place a lot and will go back.
