Although I find 386 to be very old school, I do recommend the Tomahawk Steak with the Lobster Ravioli when it's available. 386 reminds me of the places... read more!
Review of Fusion 386 Dining by Dick from Palm Coast
Kind of a rustic old Florida atmosphere and professional service. Our dishes were all very delicious... Steaks cooked perfectly and the Black Grouper is a superstar dish! Wine choice was decent but the espresso not so good. We liked it here and it's something different for the area.

Called about a reservation and whoever answers the phone needs some better customer service skills as he was very blunt and not very inviting. However, once at the restaurant the staff was all friendly and professional. The food was mostly very good and I really liked the blue cheese pork chops and peach entree, but my partner thought her salmon lacked flavor. The pie for dessert was delicious and espresso smooth. The atmosphere is a little dingy but I guess that could be the old Florida character people may like.

We loved this place! Air B&B host told us about it and went Thursday for Lobster Night and was very impressed. Everything was first class and the setting takes you back to old Florida. 386 is not be missed and the Lobster Night is good value at $25 for 1 LB. Plus, they have a good wine selection and the staff is super attentive.

We had driven past this place so many times but never knew it was actually open! But glad that we now finally discovered that it is! It's not really very upscale and a little dingy inside, but we had wonderful service and delicious food. My steak was high quality, cooked to perfection, and tasted so good. The wedge salad was nice but no better than any other I've had. Husband had a mixed seafood dish in a broth that he thought was very tasty. Now I know it's not a closed down place I'm sure we will be by again soon.

We wanted somewhere nice for our anniversary so made reservations here. We were greeted and seated right away and I have to say that all the staff were very pleasant and we thought nearly everything on the menu sounded very good. We each had a salad to start and my 386 Caesar was a tasty version of the classic and my wife had a Maple Spinach salad that she loved. For entrees I had my usual Ribeye steak and my wife a Salmon dish. Both were very good and I really liked the truffle fries and the sauce with the salmon was delicious. We plit a pie for dessert and had coffees. The bill was very reasonable considering the food being more upscale. However, although the food and service are very good this wasn't the romantic fine dining experience we expected. The bar seemed a crammed loud area and we were the only ones who seemed to of made an effort to dress nice. All that is fine, but just not how we thought it was presented when we made the reservation.

LOVE this gem of a place! Very Florida/Low Country feel with a wonderful menu - always so hard to decide what to order as it all sounds tempting. For appetizer we recommend the Crab Cakes or Duck Spring Rolls and for entrees they do wonders with Pork Chops and Salmon, but it really is all excellent. They also make some of the best coffees around too, which will go with a delicious dessert - try the Pango Run Cake.

Had a great meal with family here over he weekend. The atmosphere was relaxing and the service was friendly and efficient. Veal Chop was superb and couldn't believe the kids actually ate and liked their Fried Gator tail. House wine was a bit if let down though.

More quite as elegant as we thought it would be on the inside, but we did really enjoy the food and we had very good service. The Ribeye was delicious and elevated by blue cheese and truffle fries. Prosecco cocktail was refreshing. The check was on the high side but we left satisfied and felt we had good value.

First time here last night and really enjoyed it. Liked the vibe and service was attentive and professional. Thought it pricey at first but it was definitely worth the price. The Spring Rolls with Duck appetizer was delicious and the Grilled Salmon entree was superb. Girlfriend was very happy with her meal too. I highly recommend you check this restaurant out. You won't regret it.

Wanted to like this restaurant. Have lived in Palm Coast for a long time and finally made reservations. Owner is way too worried about bar patrons over table diners. Spent $130 and I didn’t even get to eat. First filet ordered came out raw, sent it back to be cooked to medium as ordered. Owner came out and told me they would fix it but “at least I have my potatoes and carrots to eat”, really?? Telling me to be happy that I have my sides to eat, without the steak I ordered? Steak was brought back, it was still just as raw as before but now it was just burnt on the outside. So, waitress took it back and said they were making me another one. Waited about 10 minutes, new steak came out and this one was smaller, still raw and came out charred from the get go! Told the waitress to just take it back and take it off the bill. I didn’t eat the potatoes or the carrots and never saw the owner again! I could hear him at the bar loud and clear but he never bothered to come back!
This ordeal was a little crazy!!! It was a $30 steak. I don’t think I was asking too much. We came here for my son's birthday. He had the hogfish which was just OK. How do I know this, well, we are from Key West and Hogfish is a specialty there. Husband had a filet also but he likes his cooked to death so can’t really use his opinion. I just want a good steak!!! Can’t seem to get one around here! Obviously going to have to spend the extra and going for prime steaks! They did take the meal off the bill but never offered me a replacement of any kind.....heck, I would have eaten a salad at that point while my husband and son watched me eat. The $130 was 2 entrees, 2 appetizers, 1 small Caesar’s salad and 2 glasses of wine, no other drinks... they drank water, and one diner was allowed to go without eating! Not acceptable!
Highlight of visit: Waitress was great, it was not her fault! Too bad restaurant has gone down hill unless you want to hang out at the bar!!
