We loved this place! Air B&B host told us about it and went Thursday for Lobster Night and was very impressed. Everything was first class and the setting... read more!
Review of Fusion 386 by Maria C. from Bradenton, FL
I love 386! The staff, atmosphere, wines, and food are amazing! This is the only spot my family and I will go dine. I was there last night and the Grouper with shrimp risotto was spot on! The crab cakes and shrimp & grits, can't get enough!

Fantastic Food, great atmosphere and super friendly staff. The pork chop was to die for! Can't wait to go back again!

We finally made it to 386 and based on the reviews were underwhelmed. What turned us off the most was the interior - not on par with the food prices. The air conditioning was so poor they had some of the back windows open! Dingy curtains and basically in need of some sprucing up. Yes we know this is FL where everything is more low key but... next time I'll wear a t-shirt not a golf shirt.
Food was good and after an initial long wait for the server service was acceptable.

Probably the worst restaurant that I have ever tried. Certainly the worst restaurant for the price. This place is very high on price and very low on everything else. It is located in an old Florida beach shack on A1A with sloping floors - they left the slope in the floor when they put in the restaurant, probably for the rustic feeling. Then then jammed too many tables in the place and made the tables too small. Great place for meeting new people because they are seated right next to you without any division of space. Really a bad idea.
Quality of food was terrible - meat had no taste and vegetables undercooked and fries cooked in oil that had been around too long.
Service didn't show up for long periods of time and was dressed very poorly and and certainly not to any standard of dress.
Price - unbelievably high for poor food, worse service and terrible atmosphere.

Worst Valentine's Day visit ever. When calling we were promised romantic seating. They seated us at the bar. First strike. We ordered our food and waited patiently only to hear one staff worker cussing fxxx that and fxxx that and then punching something in the kitchen area. Second strike. Food came out uncooked and had to send it back. Charged $90 for two people. Third strike. They held tables for people that never showed up. Bad experience all around. Never again.

I was very impressed with is restaurant. It's definitely a step above the typical restaurant in this area and offers excellent food and professional service. They went above an beyond to cater to my dietary needs by creating a dish off the menu which was exceptional. Atmosphere is lively and although prices a little on the high side it was well worth it.

Not sure where these great reviews come from? I went with family and had reservations but owner was rude when seating us. Service nothing great by any means. Food terrible and I am not just saying this. We were all very disappointed and will not return. So surprised they get any good reviews. I am not picky at all either. Not one of us thought our food was good. Atmosphere is awful. Brown drab curtains, dark, cafeteria tables and chairs, what? Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere, even Captains further down A1A for barbeque is way better, including desserts! Sorry, but this is all true.

386 is OUTSTANDING!!! The food, the atmosphere, the staff are incredible. It has become our favorite restaurant. Please do yourselves a favor and dine at 386. You too will enjoy the delicious dishes prepared to perfection. Among some of my favorite dishes are: Veal Piccata, Lasagna, Grouper, and Key Lime Pie! It's always exciting to dine at 386 because of their varied menus. So hard to choose--all are mouth watering. What an exciting and innovative place! Thank you Frank for your endless hours of providing top quality homemade food and personal attention to all your customers. We always feel welcomed and treated like family!

This is definitely one of the areas better restaurants. Not too sure about those that had negative experiences here but my wife and I really had a great meal here. My wife's lamb dish was delicious and very well cooked, my steak was wonderfully seasoned with an awesome bourbon sauce and our sides were perfect compliments. The atmosphere is kind of rustic and the service was very good. It is on the pricey side but we thought it was well worth it and a great location for a celebration or special meal.

Went there with my Wife and Sister for our Anniversary. I ordered a steak and I was very upset when it arrived. It was tough... very tough. Could not eat more than three pieces. Extremely pricy for what we got. Service was good, but the food was awful. For sure.. would not go back.

Just came back from having a wonderful meal at 386 A Fusion of Fine Dining. Until today we had some trouble getting a reservation and now we understand why. Food and service was great and while it's not a fancy upscale atmosphere, it's warm and inviting and the food more than made up for any lack of atmosphere. Unfortunately they only have wine and beer but we made due. We used a Groupon which was the impetus for our first visit and we will definitely return (with or without a Groupon). The warm crusty bread was served with a olive/pepper tapenade (very good). We ordered the special flatbread appetizer ($12) that was enough for 4 persons. It had cream cheese, capers, onions, tomato, lettuce and smoked salmon and was delicious. My wife ordered the gorgonzola crusted NY strip steak with fries and it too was delicious and cooked to perfection. It was so large that she and I shared the steak and took most of my Cioppino (which was excellent) home for another meal. We made room for the chocolate cake which we also enjoyed. For a Sunday the place was full and everyone seemed to be enjoying their evening. This is not a cheap place to eat but well worth the cost.

We ate here a few times, so food OK, over priced for sure. They don't know how to cook steaks? 8 of us and we all ordered steak from med raw to over done, and all the steaks raw. Took hours, the sides were not great. Prices of an upscale place and food about like Denny's.

Four of us went for dinner after an outdoor concert nearby. We had reservations for seating at the bar. We were seated immediately and enjoyed the bartender, Steve, very much. He had lots of great suggestions for dinner and knew his way around the wine selection very well.
We had the best ever scallops, a very nice flatbread with smoked salmon, duck spring rolls, ravioli and a very fresh Caesar salad. We enjoyed everything. It did take a little while to get the food but we not in any hurry so it was fine. We will definitely be back to try the chocolate banana bread pudding - we were just too full this time.

Went to this new restaurant based on the reviews and wow, I loved it, started with calamari which was light with two sauces, I ordered the huge bone in Kansas City chop pork chop with sautéed spinach and brown sugar sweet mashed potatoes . Hubby ordered the filet and friends ordered tuna and steak all was delish. Service was well paced although we did have to ask 3 times for more bread. Manager came buy a couple of times which was good. Dining room is small so reservations are necessary! We got lucky! I would definitely go back and try this place again! Only open for dinner.

You definitely need to make a reservation for a table. My husband and I had an enjoyable dinner at the bar. The bartender, Steve, was friendly and helpful with the wine selection. The dinner was excellent and the Tilefish worth another trip up A1A. We are very likely to return.

Any place else, maybe a 3 to 3.5 but Flagler county, a 4.0 and they're polite! Imagine that, polite and in Palm Coast! I have to add blows away Blue. However, did not note any local or organic ingredients. This area has a plethora of fresh natural ingredients. We didn't try the shrimp and grits so I cannot vouch for the origin of those particular shrimp or the origin of the crab in the crab cakes. If we go back, I will be inquiring about the origin of the seafood. I did note that one flatbread has rock shrimp so, rock shrimp has to be Florida origin. Regarding the flatbread, it tasted like the cracker bread base was packaged. The pesto was bland (lacking garlic maybe packaged), the tomatoes were not ripe and not plum just salad tomatoes, no parmesan or romano. Overall, a bland flatbread and not good but not bad. The bread service was very good. The olive/caper tapenade was unique. House wine is acceptable. Salad was drenched in dressing. Why serve oysters on the half shell from a continent away? This restaurant has the only wood fired pizza oven in Flagler county and is not in use. Fire that mother up and serve some gourmet pizzas! Please! We'll try it again but wasted opportunities here from no local ingredients to a wasted wood burning pizza oven. Wonder if they want to sell it?

Can not give an accurate review on the food as we didn't get a table. We had a reservation, waited more than 30 minutes and asked the hostess "When will be seated?" The hostess was rude, not apologetic and told us There Are No Tables Available and the Kitchen is Closing. Find it hard to believe the hostess has any experience in the hospitality business. Left and went elsewhere for a fine dining experience. I will give the small, over crowed place a Poor rating in Customer Service. I Would not give 386 a second chance after being treated so rudely.

Beyond the best restaurant in this area. Food and wine are unbelievable and priced way below for the fine, fine, product. The owner does Veal Osso Bucco and Chilean Sea Bass on the weekends. Restaurant should be in one of the finest cities of North America.
