This is now part French Bakery with amazing fruit tarts and delicious pastries. Everything looked so good I wanted it all. Croissants are best around especially the Almond one. Everything beautiful and love the atmosphere and polite service. So delighted to have Focaccia adding this bakery and hope they keep it.

Went for breakfast as they're now doing a French bakery concept and really liked the savory toast. Baked good looked delirious and will go back to try more. I liked the atmosphere and it was very clean.

Can someone please explain why this place gets such good reviews? In the pictures they show you a counter full of pizzas in every variety and looking fresh, but when I went in there was a few sorry looking slices and was told not to expect anymore to come out for a while as no one was available to make fresh. I ordered a couple because I was hungry and wish I hadn't! For the money they just weren't worth it for old pizza that really didn't have much flavor.

The girl serving was very nice but I think she was embarrassed. If you're going to open for business, at least have something worth serving and someone there to make fresh. Any other pizza place in Palm Coast would not have this problem. I give Focaccia a generous 2 stars.

P.S. I rated the service low not because the server wasn't nice or any good, but the restaurant didn't offer good service by not having staff available to make fresh food.

Had a couple of good slices in here. Several looked good and wasn't sure which to chose, also had lasagna which was very tasty. Server was friendly but short attention span. Cool atmosphere and prices a little on the high side but still reasonable. I'll go back and try different dishes and a custom pizza next time which looked really good.

Classy place with different style of pizza. Counter service with a choice of a few interesting slices. Caprese very good and prices not bad for quality. Staff are class acts. Small with chill atmosphere.

Thought we'd check this out over the weekend. Service friendly but hurried. Restaurant clean and bright with a long narrow seating area with what appears to be spanking paddles on the walls?!?!?! We ordered a selection of pizza that was on display with some good and some not so much. I was disappointed with the one with potatoes as it looked really tasty but lacked flavor or seasoning. The others were good though. Panini's looked good so will maybe try one of those next time.

First time here a disappointment as there was only a few stale looking slices in the counter but yesterday was completely different, with selection plentiful and fresh. I really liked the pizza with the potatoes on top. Who would of thought that would of worked?! But it does. Server OK but a little curt, sat on the side on the stools and enjoyed the atmosphere.

I really wanted to like this place. I like their immigrant story from Rome and their food on Instagram always looks so tempting. However, each time I have been to Focaccia it has not been a success! My first visit was for a late lunch and the pizza slices in the counter looked like they had been sitting there for a long time and tasted like it too! The dough was dry and tough and the whole slice tasteless. My second visit went from bad to worse. We arrived around 6:00 PM tonight (Saturday) and there only seemed to be one girl serving and we were left standing for a long time without being acknowledged. The counter was empty all for two pieces of very unappealing pie. We were then finally told after a long wait that they had no dough so we couldn't order pizza! This is a Saturday night in a pizza restaurant! Ridiculous! The server told us they had a busy lunch so ran out. I guess it was too much effort to make more. Considering the dough uses regularly available ingredients there was no excuse other than poor management. Not going to bother with this place again!

The fact that a restaurant that provides such quality is in Flagler County boggles my mind. When you go to Focaccia you will eat pizza as good as anything in Rome. It is an eating experience that you would expect in upscale American metropolitan settings but yet it exists in sleepy Palm Coast. The Roman couple who owns/operates Focaccia are genuine, kind, and highly skilled. Every ingredient used is top notch and every item on the menu is tasty, most being outstanding.

I visited Focaccia Italian Eatery & Wine Bar on a Thursday afternoon to purchase a slice of pizza. As I entered the restaurant I noticed the restaurant looked relatively clean and pleasantly decorated and had just 3 or 4 patrons. I was greeted by a female, presumably co-owner. She asked me how she could help me. As I began to reply, one of the patrons already in the restaurant walked up to her with a request. Instead of asking the person to wait while she attended to me, she cut me off mid-sentence and served the other patron, causing me to wait several minutes. I found these actions rude and unprofessional.

The pizza was passable but not as tasty as I'd expected. Because of the service, I don't expect to patronize Focaccia again and I'm rating them with 1 star.

We saw their stand at the Restaurant Week Kickoff, tried their pizza and desserts, and were very pleased with what they had so we stopped in to try them out.

The location is clean but warm, and very different from the typical pizza place. The girls serving us were friendly and helped explain how to order.
They had a lot of different types of pizza as you walk in, and also have "create your own" pizzas and panini if you want something different made to order.

We both had the 'restaurant week' special, which was a square slice, a small salad and a drink for under $10. Definitely recommend this place and we will be back for sure!

P.S. We also couldn't resist their cannoli, that we had also tried at the event.

Nice people and cool atmosphere but not very keen on the concept. It's basically just pre-cooked pizza under heat lamps cafeteria style. Although it didn't taste too bad I'd much prefer a fresh made to order pizza than this. Woman behind the counter was great and it had a cool vibe, but the food just wasn't that fantastic.

What a nice surprise! I stopped by at the spur of the moment because I was hungry and wanted a snack. The focaccia is fresh and delicious and there is plenty to choose from. It is sold by the slice. The crust is nicely done and is not heavy. The toppings are not like the traditional pizza joint but fresher and healthier yet so flavorful. The restaurant is very clean and simply decorated and you can eat in or take it with you. Lovely food and I will definitely become a regular.

I really like the atmosphere here. It's very simple but clean and chic. There's no table service and you order at the counter. The pizza here is a healthier and, in my option, a much tastier version than you get elsewhere. It is not made to order but is fresh and hot. Servers offer a very warm greeting and plenty of ordering advice. What's not to like?

I like this place and much prefer this type of pizza over the usual pizza offerings. They have some great topping combinations but you need to check which ones are fresh, as some look like they have been sitting a while. I like the vibe in there and the staff is always very friendly.

The food was O.K.,,,not great, but O.K. The one thing I was really surprised about was how pricey it was. For the same price i can get something that tastes pretty good, and..it wont break the bank. If the food is good, atmosphere is insignificant, but in this can atmosphere was just awful.

Delicious pizza made in a true Italian style with unique combinations of ingredients. If you appreciate pizza with quality toppings, a thinner crust and not too much cheese, then this is the place for you. The service is friendly and gracious, and the decor is modern and relaxing.
