They have an amazing location which comes with limits such as no self parking, and they don't have liquor which is a shame as some tropical cocktails here would really enhance it. The staff were great and our food was good, but a couple of items just tasted like we'd get frozen from the supermarket. The Ahi Tuna was really good and we also like the sardines. The Wings I'd pass on and not sure why ordered them in a seafood based restaurant anyway. The Raspberry Inferno Sauce with the Coconut Shrimp is a wild combination that really works. Plus of course the views here are spectacular and providing Mother Nature cooperates, you can have an amazing experience here.
Highlight of visit: The Coconut Shrimp with Raspberry Inferno Sauce and the Ahi Tuna with Honey Wasabi were our top dishes.

Our server was great and she really took good care of us. The tuna with teriyaki and honey wasabi appetizer is a really good appetizer and the coconut shrimp with a spicy raspberry sauce was awesome. This a real beachfront restaurant and not across the A1A like all the others that claim to be, so the views are out of this world and you really do get the sea air and spray. The valet will park your bike (or car) for free but we tipped.

They're back and as good as before!! I was worried they would fix this place up too much and it would lose its authentic charm, but it still has it and our food and the service were as good as ever. High Tides can't be beat for views in Flagler! Love it here.

Yeaaa I'm so happy they're finally back open 😀👏 I have missed Snack Jacks. Been coming here for so many years and LOVE the food, people, and of course the magnificent setting. They make the best crab cakes and hushpuppies 😋 Everywhere is fixed back up and looking amazing.

Although they're closed temporarily due to Ian damage, I have to say how much I have enjoyed visiting here over the past 12 years. You never know what you miss until it's no longer there and I do miss my Sunday rides and ending up here for lunch. Nothing beats chowing down on great food with the awesome views in Flagler. I'm anxiously waiting for the notice that they're open again.

Very informal rustic place right on the beach with amazing views serving some excellent seafood... I usually make my own fried platter and have never been let down with quality or taste. Their servers are lively and they keep my ice cold beers coming 🍺🍤🌅 The perfect spot to kill a Sunday afternoon.

A regular Sunday spot of ours as we enjoy the views and their Steamed Combo Platter that we usually share with a bucket of beers. Staff are always on the ball and no effort with the valet parking. It doesn't get much better than this!

I like the vibes and views here but find the food mostly mediocre although the tuna tacos are very good. Service can be patchy and slow at times so I only go when I have plenty of time. Parking is a hassle. Sounds like I'm putting it down, but it is a good beach bar just not exactly top notch when it comes to the food or service.

On the negative side, you have no real choice but to use the valet parking but is free (except for tip) and the seating on the deck is uncomfortable. However, on the positive side, the service we had was awesome and the food was really good.... enjoyed the fried gator app and the fried platter dinner, especially the crab cake. Beer choices are not very adventurous but they are good and cold.

I finally had a chance to try High Tide's today. The first thing you notice when arriving is that unless you use their valet parking service, you have to park over and down the road and walk back. The outside seating is preferred as inside was not too impressive unless you get by the beach view windows. Everywhere looks like bare wood and unfinished but I guess that's the appeal for most people. Sitting outside was very nice except a woman had a dog that insisted it wanted our food and kept trying to reach on top of our table and she wasn't doing much to control it. Not cute if it's not your dog! The conch fritters appetizer was tough and tasted to oily, but the steamed combo platter was very tasty and plentiful for the $30+ cost. Server was on the ball but had no personality.
Overall you're really going here for the location and view and if it was inland I doubt the food and service would carry it. It's also inconvenient to get in and out and not someone you go to unless you have plenty of time. I'm glad I finally tried it though and didn't leave entirely disappointed.

Good vibes here on the deck but food and service are about average and inconsistent. Last night server seemed spaced out and forgetful. Combo Platter smaller than usual and fish very dry but has been very good in the past. Parking a pain in the ass!

No easy self parking which is really inconvenient, but scenery from the restaurant is impressive. The Ahi Tacos were excellent and conch fritters tasty but greasy. Very friendly server but disappeared often which was usually when i wanted a another beer. Great place to spend some time on a warm day.

Pain in the ass to get in and out of here but I always have a good time when I visit. Fun atmosphere on the beachfront deck with good food and ice cold brews. Servers are usually cool but they need more. The spicy steamed shrimp are excellent.

High Tides in Flagler Beach offers a casual, oceanfront dining experience with some of the best views in the area. Guests frequently mention the fresh seafood dishes like flounder tacos with Snack Jack spicy sauce, crab and shrimp specials, and the Manhattan Clam chowder. The outdoor decks are preferred for taking in the sea breeze and scenery, while the staff consistently receive praise for being friendly and attentive. Customers enjoy pairing their meals with cold beers, though some note the absence of a full liquor bar as a minor drawback. Valet parking is available but can be inconvenient due to limited space, with alternative parking options a short walk away. Overall, High Tides delivers good food complemented by a relaxed atmosphere and engaging service right on the beach.
