Kentucky Fried Chicken UNCLAIMED

The only thing I like in here is their spicy chicken sandwich. Service can be a challenge at times. It's a KFC what can I say?

Ordered an 12 piece family meal. Top pieces of chicken were good but the rest were soggy and very greasy. Got more soggy and greasy the deeper in the bucket. The biscuits tasted old. Mashed potatoes bland and needed seasoning. Coleslaw was good though.

Going inside because the drive through was 12 deep was an awful expirience. 1st found 2 people who waited 20 on orders that were called in and not ready. 2nd told to go to the drive through because Natasha couldn't open the register at th counter. Why ? Because the person who could open the register was at Dunkin Donuts. Needless to say for the 3rd and final time i left with NO CHICKEN ! Please save yourself the time and aggravation , go some place else that is run professionally ! Natasha the manager on 5/21/22 was totally incompetant , has no manners and let one of the asociates argue with a patron !

What can i say, very poor service, rude and obnoxious staff and not able to complete an order. Watched as my husband patiently waited to place an order because staff was on cell phones. Told meals were not available and we really don't care. Never will i go there again

For KFC the chicken here is good and the servers were very friendly. The dining area was clean but the men's room was a disaster.

Got the 8 piece bucket, the chicken was good, but only a half container of mashed potatoes for 4 people! Never any napkins or utensils.

Their new Chicken Sandwich is so good! Love the crispiness and pickles. No problem with service here and find it clean.

No real problems here! Chicken is usually fresh and tastes good. They stopped doing potato wedges that the kids liked but the new fries are pretty decent. Drive thru moves fast and staff good enough.

Never a problem here and since its makeover I've always found staff friendly and the place clean. It is still just KFC but food is exactly as I expect and fresh. Service fast.

KFC needs to stop putting all their efforts in to changing and modernizing the Colonel and focusing more on updating their old, unhealthy, boring menu! This place is like a step back in time and not in a good way. Horrible food, dull service, and leave feeling awful. Give me a reason to coma back again, KFC... a sexy Colonel is not it!!!

Even though they renovated this location, the food is just as awful as it was prior to the facelift. If you want to experience really good fried chicken go to Popeye's. They know how to do chicken right. This KFC is downright pathetic.
