Woody's Bar-B-Q UNCLAIMED

My experience here wasn't as bad as some of the other reviewers had and I I liked most of the food. Ribs and brisket were really good but fries soggy and country veggies way overcooked. Staff were hospitable but the place needs freshening up.

I have been the Woody's in Ponte Vedra Beach which I loved so when we saw this one while visiting Flagler Beach for the weekend, we thought we'd stop in for lunch. But this one just isn't as nice. It's atmosphere is really dull and the server seemed very bored. Food didn't taste as good either and it was like a completely didn't restaurant franchise. I wouldn't revisit this one I'm sorry to say.

Quite good for a chain BBQ. Found the food tasty but portions not very generous. Sides were very good. Service a little off and the atmosphere flat.

Ordered takeout and food and service were both very good. Had the Southwest Wrap with smoked Turkey and thought it was very tasty. Fries were good and I like their sweet sauce. Great job!

Mixed food quality. My sampler platter was very good and loved every bite, but my wife's chicken was very dry and like leather. My son's burger was burnt. Server was OK but seemed to be preoccupied with the bar area. Many better choices around that Woody's so doubt I'd return.

I'm sorry to say this wasn't the best experience. Server acted like he couldn't be bothered and the food tasted like the cook couldn't be bothered either. The pulled pork was very fatty and side seemed like they had been over microwaved or cooked to a mush. I will say the okra was very good though. This used to be a great place but sadly not so much anymore.

Food was terrible. Service was worse. I would highly recommend that no one go there for dinner. Hostess was rude and the manager was a total bi$ch. Not sure how they stay in business with Sonny's on the other side of town.

I feel the quality of the food and the service have taken a u -turn. We used to go here about twice a month, but not any more. The food is absolutely awful. Not what it used to be. And when I say awful I mean downright horrendous. They raised their prices significantly and the quality of the food is really pathetic.

I don't think I've been here for at least 10 years and it hasn't changed. The food has not kept up with the times and it frankly tastes like it's cooked with no desire to please whatsoever. The rank interior certainly doesn't add to the taste. Some items were burnt and over cooked. Even the sour cream came in a sachet? Server was mentally someplace else and I can't think of one reason to recommend Woody's. No wonder it was almost empty of a Friday evening.
