Papa John's Pizza UNCLAIMED

Note to self... don't order from here again. Pizza was like it was made by a tire shop. Messy and tasted weird.

Sure you can get good artisan pizza in town, but for after hours papa John’s is a good option. Never had any issues with orders or delivery and the pizza tastes pretty good. Easy to order and fast.

I usually order from Joe's but I had a coupon for Papa John's and hadn't tried them for years, so I gave them a try again. My pizza arrived on time and was hot and looked good, but compared to Joe's or other local mom & pop pizza places, it has a kind of 'processed' taste and you can taste the cardboard box. I did eat it all and it filled me up and went ok with a beer, but I'll stick with Joe's from now on.

Ordered from here a few times and I find the pizzas to be inconsistent. Sometimes it's perfect others a disaster. I just prefer not to gamble and will order elsewhere.

The delivery driver was very nice and she was very presentable, unlike the disheveled druggy looking one we had from another store recently. Pizza was OK with usual franchise type with canned or frozen tasting toppings, but didn't expect anything more.

Order arrived fast but was wrong. Second delivery to correct it took forever! Tried calling back to cancel as family starving and we wanted to eat something else, but they never picked up! We counted our losses and just left the house and ate out. Went to Joe's NY Pizza and great food and service.

Ordered 4 pies to feed a bunch of hungry boys and they delivered fast and the boys were happy with them, except they did forget some of the extra sauces we requested.

Other times we've had good pizza, but on our last order the pizza tasted like the box and garlic breadsticks cold and very salty. Kids liked the wings and chicken bites. Driver was friendly.

This Papa John's location is the absolute worse! Pizza arrived badly made and a mess. Extremely difficult to call and complain and lousy attitude of staff meant we couldn't get a replacement for a long time and kids would of been in bed. Told them to forget it and got a Five Star pizza delivered quickly and in perfect shape. This was my last attempt to have Papa John's here again.

Ordered here because house guest likes them in their home town, but we were disappointed with the service and pie. When not arriving as scheduled i called and person on phone was very unpleasant and unhelpful. Delivery driver was very nice though. Pizza tasted like the box! Toppings very sparse and everything just slid off when you tried to pick up a slice. Worse delivery pizza we've had so far in Palm Coast and will not order again.

Aug 21, 2021 called the store to order, payment by credit card, the young lady started off by repeating the card number as I gave it to, I advise her not to for security reasons, I calmly gave her the number as you would a kindergarten and still she made a mistake three times, now I was told they could not accept my card... I have to pay cash unfortunately I don't keep cash on my person or at home, therefore, that's a no/ the supposed manager came I told there was no transactions done on my card, my card had enough funds to buy pizza @$38 for more than 300 people.. however due to inexperienced individual I was told my card was declined therefore if I need the order I would need to procure cash... well I have not used Pappa John for more than a year, as of tonight, that will be my last...
