Yomii Frozen Yogurt PERMANENTLY CLOSED

Its been awhile since I visited last but apparently they have different ownership from the last time. Fruit toppings appeared old and they obviously fired all their staff. I guess the older Asian lady behind the register was the owner and sole employee. All she said to me was how much I owed her... no greeting or anything. Store felt dirty, trash was overflowing and the chairs were ripped with stuffing coming out of them.

This used to be my favorite place to get frozen yogurt. I even signed up for their "VIP" club and followed them on Facebook. However when I tried to use their BOGO coupon for a holiday promotional deal they were doing on Facebook and through e-mail, I got screamed at by an employee who claimed her boss "no tell me". She could not understand verbal or written English. After trying to read and explain to her what the coupon said, she said "I go check with my boss", went into the back, played with her phone for a few seconds, then came back and tried to swipe my credit card! I quickly left. The owner of the business has not responded to me. I am guessing that they might be falsely advertising deals and coupons to try and lure people in, and then entrap people into paying full price at the register. I would suggest an investigation into this place.

Try the Mint Chocolate Chip swirled with Cake Batter and then topped with Heath Bar Candy and flavor bursts. Heaven in a dish!

Very clean, fresh product, friendly staff. Choices for those of us that are sugar restricted.

I love Yomii thanks to u all i have given up ice cream because it so good, I look forward to the new flavors every 2 weeks. I hope u guys have a successful business and don't have to close Palm Coast need Yomii. Like Tony the Tiger, I would say "It's great". I am you biggest fan and I am your biggest promoter. I tell everyone I can about Yomii.
