Great breakfast and lunch spot. Now serving dinner on Fridays and Saturdays including thick pork chops, slow cooked pot roast and stuffed cornish hen. The owner Kathy, is also the chef. This restaurant makes the best ommlette in Flagler County.

What a great place! Our friends invited us to join them at the Cafe for Thanksgiving dinner. The food was wonderful, service was great and the place is just plain quaint. We loved it. We definitely recommend this cafe and look forward to going back to try their menu selections.

Been there for both breakfast and lunch and have not had a bad meal yet. Love the place. We will be back.

My wife and I tried By the Sea Cafe for the first time last week, our lunch was great! The owner is a doll and she makes an awesome omelet. We can't wait to go back.

Not often you get to eat breakfast on the ocean and feel like your in your own home. Great food and great service. Can't wait to try lunch

The Traditional Cuban sandwich was, by far, the best Cuban sandwich I've ever tasted. The Ozzy Burger, topped with cheese and an egg, was unique but also great. The staff is extremely friendly and will accommodate special requests. And you can't beat the view.

By The Sea Cafe is one of our favorites for breakfast! Kathy and her staff are friendly and very open to special requests. The size of the cafe is small and intimate but there is outdoor seating, as well and the view of the ocean is grand. If you're a grits fan they're made with milk so they're creamy and yummy! My husband and I had breakfast for $9.36 this morning (+ tip) that included oatmeal with cinnamon, toast, one egg, grits, raisin toast and 2 coffees with unlimited refills. Affordable and you're treated like family! A nice, friendly addition to beach side dining!

Kathy and staff will always be busy! the place is a great hang out...and the food is great too. Kathy has gone out of her way for over two years now helping our club raise money for needy kids and families. Yes, the place is small...reminds me of the little, great places I used to go to in Flagler Beach 40-50 years ago. Yes, the food is fresh and good. Yes, it is a friendly atmosphere. Yes, my family will be back. Yes, Kathy is waiting to serve you some good cooking just like home. Don't pass it again.

Food is always delicious and cooked fresh to order (including hand-cut hashbrowns/country potatoes), so don't be in a hurry. The house omelet is to die for! It is hard to find this "at home" atmosphere, so take a newspaper and enjoy the beautiful ocean view and conversation with friendly staff and patrons. We make this a weekly stop for breakfast, but lunch is wonderful too. The restaurant is newly remodeled and very clean. Tables are available looking at the ocean either outside the front door or inside the restaurant. There is also a lovely patio in the back!

Good value for money, food great, service good, staff very friendly. Due to size of premises, service can vary during busy periods but that is same for all establishments of similar size however, food and staff make any wait worth while.

Overall very disappointing.... food was not great, service was slow and the place could be a lot cleaner!
