Review of Sunshine Shack by Kim from Flagler Beach
You have to go here for the Jalapeno Business and try it flaming! It's a seriously good grilled cheese sandwich like you've never had before. The Mango Lemonade is awesome too!

I guess they changed their name! They don't have crepes and is more of a grilled cheese shop. Although I went with the expectation of having a nice crepe, I did really like my grilled cheese sandwich. I had one with jalapenos and sweet habanero jam and about three different cheeses which was very tasty and just the right amount of gooeyness. Service friendly and didn't have to wait too long. I'm not a funny tea person so just went with soda.

This place is hidden from the road and is outside dining only but has the best grilled cheese you can find in Flagler!!! The wait was quite long but was worth it.

Young lady serving was very cheerful and happy to help. Our crepes were terrific as was the boba. Sitting outside was very nice but would of been cool to take to the boardwalk as it's just half a block away.

Sit outside and enjoy a delicious crepe. They have sweet or savory and I had the breakfast Surfers Crepe that has eggs, onions, peppers, ham, bacon and cheese and it tasted so good. Much better than a regular breakfast sandwich. Watermelon juice is really refreshing. Server was very cool and she helped me decide what to have. They have a big sandy area out front and so would be nice to have more tables out there.

Great crepes. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Bubble tea is refreshing and we love that it is close to the ocean.
Highlight of visit: Berries and cream crepe.

They would do much better with more fillings on the savory crepes like mushrooms, onions (that are not breaded), veggies, etc., plus they need their own batter instead of using the sweet one. Girls serving were very friendly and I like the concept for the beach, just not very well executed. I recommend as the teas and sweet crepes are good .

I've had many great flavored crepes in the past but this place only has a small variety and not very good at that. They used the same batter for savory as sweet so my steak one tasted odd, plus the steak was stringy and didn't have much flavor. Overall not impressed and I think they need to revamp their offerings.

Fun to make your own drink be selecting your base such as tea or lemonade and then add a cream, flavors and pearls. Sweet or savory crepes available and I had a sweet one with nutella, coconut, banana, etc. which tasted nice. They could use more seating outside as it's takeout only.

Bright colorful place right next to the Taco Shack. Window ordering with outside seating. Sweet or savory crepes available and I had the Surfer Breakfast one which was quite good. Not a big selection and would of liked to see more veggie and cheese options as they're all very meat heavy.
