Firehouse Subs UNCLAIMED

The crew is friendly but my orders are slow at times and they have missed things, especially the pickles for some reason. I have also noticed the prices creeping up often. Sandwiches still taste very good and I usually get the NY Steamer or Steak & Cheese but I like their new Prime Rib sub which I just had.

The crew here was very good I got a nice welcome. Service fast and my sub was delicious. Good selection and the meat was so tender. Love Firehouse over Subway.

Love their hot sandwiches especially the Sweet & Spicy Meatball one. Service is always very good but prices have been getting very high lately. No longer a cheap lunch!

Sandwiches always good here but staff let it down. Not very friendly and slow service. Seems like no one really wants to be working there. Phoned in orders before but never ready at promised time. Defeats the purpose of advance ordering if I still have to wait just as long!

Previously I noticed the service was kinda slow here and the manager had a cranky attitude. She was in the same state today. In fact, overall the employees looked kinda hangdog (defeated). I ordered a small turkey sandwich and glanced at my watch. A full 10 minutes later I heard my name called. The sandwich was good, even though the bread was burned well beyond the edges. I think they probably had a large phone order before I came in... still, as a walk-in customer only asking for a small sandwich it shouldn't take 10 minutes. Lastly, it's great they wear gloves, but when one touches their hair, ears, face, etc., you gotta put on fresh gloves!

Sandwich was good but service not as great as other Firehouses. Didn't get greeted and they seem disorganized. Hopefully just opening pains.

Nice new store with bright clean interior, but kind of lacks the personality of the other PC location. Staff appeared to be a little unsure but friendly. Had the Engineer Sandwich tasted good but mushrooms had no flavor. Good bread.
