Happy they're open again after a break. Nice modern interior with good views of the beach and ocean. Pizza was out fresh and tasted great. The Bruschetta was tasty and refreshing. Staff was friendly but service was on the slow side.
Highlight of visit: The Torino Pizza is awesome especially with the spicy honey.

Beautiful restaurant that is very modern and chic-ish with lovely views of the ocean. Although seemingly simple at first, their food is delicious and you can taste the freshness of the ingredients. The bruschetta was vibrant and the burrata wonderfully creamy. My panini included eggplant, red peppers, arugula and pesto and was so flavorful. We didn't order pizza but it looked very good and will try next time. The sangria and bellini were both delicious and refreshing. Our server was the sweetest and seemed very happy to make sure everything was perfect for us. This is a truly wonderful beach side bistro and we'll be back again soon.

Review by Jan, Ormond 7/18/20214.0Food:Service:Atmosphere:
Love the atmosphere and location and food is quite good, but I was a little disappointed with the flavors. A lot of slices are pre-made and sit in a cabinet. Prices are on the high side too. The sidewalk seating is much better than inside for a true Flagler Beach experience.

Review by Molly, Palm Coast 6/16/20213.5.0Food:Service:Atmosphere:
I really like the building and location but wasn't so pleased with the food and service not the best either. I guess it's OK to go in for a quick slice but I didn't like all the pizzas laying out until gone. Some looked like they'd been sitting around for a while. Taste wasn't that great either and not that it was bad, just really didn't have much taste at all. Pricey too for what you get! I also went to their other location in Palm Coast and it seems to of closed down!

Faro Eatery in Flagler Beach offers fresh and flavorful Italian dishes with a focus on Roman-style pizza, characterized by a crispier, yeast-free crust. Paninis, small plates, and salads are frequently praised for their quality, with highlights including the eggplant and pepper panini, burrata starter, caprese, and chickpea soup. The airy, Euro-inspired atmosphere features ocean views that enhance the dining experience. Service receives mixed feedback; while some find staff accommodating and friendly, others note occasional slow or less attentive moments. The wine selection has been a disappointment for some, but desserts like affogato are well-liked. Prices lean toward the higher side, especially for appetizers, yet many guests find the fresh ingredients and distinct flavors worth it. The space can be noisy at times, which might affect quieter dining preferences.
