Burger Bros PC CLAIMED

Very nice interior but staff could be more welcoming... we were the only customers ordering and never even got a "welcome". But the service was fast and our burgers were very good. There are better burgers available in Palm Coast but it's quick in here and easier for takeout and certainly much better than fast food burgers. I had the Flaming Burger which had good flavors and mix of textures plus I do like that they use brioche buns. I had a chicken sandwich here in the past and that was good too. They just need to work on offering better customer service here.

Highlight of visit: The Flaming Burger is spicy with very good chipotle and jalapeno flavors.

Fries were not hot, but nice & crisp. They would have been awesome if they were warmer. Burger was not M/R more like M, & very greasy. Needed MANY napkins. No one else eating there except me and no one asked how everything was. All the 'help' too busy chatting on the line.

This place has the foundation to be a primo burger store in PC, but they need to pay attention to what's going on with customers. Pay attention to how their eating and checking if happy face or not. Not totally impressed with grill person, maybe a little more experience? She seemed to have too many side chores was she was tending the griddle. But that might be in error. Definitely will try again. Wishing you success.

Looks like they have found their groove and go their act together now. Burgers were superb and cooked perfectly. Service was friendly with a professional system that got through the orders in a reasonable time and logical way... it was struggling and way all over the place before. The Bro's Flaming Burger is delicious and I like that they use brioche buns. Staff do not wear masks so if that bothers you stay away.

First time I went when they had just opened and I was not impressed but I tried again had a really amazing burger! I had the Royal which is really overkill but I loved it! Great flavor and everything cooked perfectly. Loaded fries were awesome too. Service had much improved as well. Left with too many calories but very well satisfied.

Good tasting burger even though they got my order wrong twice lol Ended up settling for the last attempt and it still tasted great. Nice people though and I'd go back for sure.

Great Atmosphere, every since I came the first time when they opened up excellent customer service. I brung one of my buyers here after a long morning of looking at homes loved the place!

No other customers when i went in so service was quick. Ordered two burgers and they didn't get the orders right on either... wanted no mayo and got it and they missed the bacon. However, burgers cooked just right and they did taste very good and we liked the onion rings and tator tots. Location is inconvenient with access and parking. Prices seemed high.

Quite a cool atmosphere and staff very friendly, but burger really didn't impress me. Everything looked good but it just lacked flavor. Slow being cooked too as they're clearly not setup to handle too many orders at once. For the price and time I wouldn't go back.

I’m very disappointed. My burger that I paid $14 for was supposed to come with guacamole and pico de gallo and I did not receive my guacamole. My second order was supposed to have sautéed onions which we also did not receive and every time I’ve been to this restaurant, at least 10+ times trying to give them second chances but every time I’ve been there they have gotten my order wrong. I even brought my family from out of town there telling them what a great place it was and again only to be disappointed because they got my entire families order wrong. I probably won’t be eating here again which is a shame because the food is really great if they were to get it right but the service is horrible not to mention I’m always having to wait 45 mins to an hour before receiving my food.

I give them 4 stars because the burgers were burnt. They were OK in the middle but outsides were like charcoal. Staff was friendly but seemed unorganized. Small place with customers standing around. I'd definitely give them another try as it was tasty and sides were very good.

Highlight of visit: Tater tots.

Definitely a large step up from fast food burgers but there are better burgers to be found around Palm Coast particularly at The Brown Dog and Houligans whose both in my opinion taste much better. However they are still quite good here and fries excellent. Manager was a bit in your face type and staff seemed sheepish behind him.

I went in at the middle of lunch on 8 June 2021 and the only delay in getting my order was me trying to decide what I wanted. After a short pleasant conversation about what color American cheese is supposed to be I ordered as usual a striped down version of a burger. That allows me to taste the product without any cover ups. The burger was pretty darn good... I'll be back for sure!

Highlight of visit: The young woman that took my order was very pleasant and the burger was not cooked to death.

Staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the burgers very much. Liked the brioche bun and fries good. Although this is just burgers it is not fast food so the sandwiches are made to order and did take a while to arrive, so dn't go in an expect to walk out with your food in two minutes!

I know there's a labor shortage but the system here seems all wrong. Waited so long for my burger while others got theirs and left who ordered after me. I felt like a wall flower waiting!!! Burger was actually quite good but would of tasted better if I didn't feel so negative.

Best burger I’ve had in years! Atmosphere is great 😊 Service when place your order needs a little attention.

Staff was nice but seemed flustered. Ordered two burgers and one was very good while the other not so good. The latter just tasted burnt and was dry and also the loaded fries were not very loaded at all. Parking is horrible in that plaza too and had to go over by Publix and walk back. Considering how good the other burger was I'll definitely give them another shot and hope they work out the opening problems.

This place makes burgers a lot like the menu at Red Robin. YUM It’s a cute place with good food (don’t order chicken fingers in a burger place). Onion rings were very good. Low service rating due to disorganized kitchen; slow slow slow and forgot a key ingredient in my burger. It’s small and easily becomes very crowded making it hard to get your drinks or anything you might need from the counter. Nothing bad enough to keep me away from the delicious burgers & onion rings.

Highlight of visit: Bleu cheese burger was EXCELLENT

We came in for lunch yesterday around two and it will be the last time. After repeating our order several times because the music volume was extremely high, we sat and waited while watching customers come and place to go after us and another girl running the food out to them. We were the only table dining in at the time. I also noticed the girl that took our order was wearing air pods so it isn’t any wonder why I had to repeat our order and name SEVERAL times. I finally went up to the counter and asked about our order. Her response, “I called out your order several times.” We didn’t hear or see her do anything of the sort let alone WE WERE DINING IN. Not to mention the other girl was bringing to go orders directly to the people that were waiting. I guess we weren’t even good enough for that. I asked the girl (I believe her name was Aiden) for some ranch and waited. I finally asked the other girl for some ranch which she promptly got for me.

I have been involved in the hospitality business for many years. You notice everything when it’s what you do. I also know you don’t get repeat business when they don’t feel welcomed and appreciated. There’s a big difference when you’re short handed and/or extremely busy. Mistakes will inevitably be made. But this wasn’t one of those times. It’s unfortunate, the place is nice inside. The staff helping the customers needs work!

The burger (royal burger) was a very smokey charbroil with no seasonings (get seasoning salt!). The fries were meh. The service was slow and only cooked 2 burgers at a time, which wasn't bad for us but the family of 5 had their food come out in waves and one burger was missed. Very confused on the music choice for a burger joint. Will try again after they have been open for a while.
