Wow. What a special place we now have to dine in this area. The staff and food are outstanding in all respects.
Although the interior is small, it is elegant and dining is a true delight!

This restaurant has become my and my husband's favorite. The wait staff is always pleasant and their service is excellent; the food quality, presentation & taste are outstanding; the prices are reasonable and the atmosphere very pleasant. The restaurant is small, quaint, very Italian with an ocean view to boot. A wonderful, friendly place to dine!

Three of us here from Minnesota and Wisconsin.Came last year and could not wait to get back. We were not disappointed. The hot bread with seasoned olive oil was a great start, and the entrees, just made us happy! The chicken Gorgonzola-perfectly cooked with one of the best sauces we have ever tasted. The salmon, grilled with a light Dijon cream sauce, again excellent. Another favorite is their balsamic vinaigrette. Now the piece de resistance-The heavenly cocoanut cake split 3 ways sooooo good we had to take another home. As others have noted, we have dined when several family members are part of the service and find this charming and a wonderful way to connect.

Have been to Tuscan Grille so many times and have never been disappointed. It's like eating at grandmas on Sundays. Mike is the best host and is always gracious when greeting customers. We find the food absolutely delicious, abundant portions, attention to customer satisfaction, appreciation of customers. The very best Italian restaurant we've ever been to. We always feel very welcome. You've got what it takes Tuscan Grille!

My husband and I have visited your restaurant on several occasions. When we come down from Blairsville it's one of our favorite eating places. The atmosphere is tight and loud; but that makes it real. The service and greeting is tops! Our daughter and son-in-law introduced us to your place just weeks after it opened. May you have a long successful business there. Thank you for delicious food and atmosphere. Even better - great prices!

First time here....dinner was incredible, service was great. I had Butternut Squash in Amaretto Cream Sauce, it was to die for! All the reviews are correct!! My husband and father in law had Parmigiana Platters, both said they were excellent. Cannot even think of a negative to say.....soooo good!

We reserved the back room area for 17 and had 20 show up, no problem! Everyones food was perfectly prepared and enough leftover for a second dinner at home the next night. The cost is very reasonable, $100.00 for four adults, two grandchildren including beverages and a bottle of wine. I don't think they charged for the Birthday canoli. 20 people can be a handfull to manage but I thought our waitress Taylor was one of the best servers we have ever had. A co-worker ate there the same night and Taylor served their table of four at the same time as our group of 20 and he commented how great she was. Great food, outstanding service at the right price, what more could you want for your Birthday!

Before writing this review I read through prior ones and wondered at what restaurant some of the "negatives" dined. Certainly not this one. The prices are extremely reasonable, the food excellent, the servers courteous and friendly and I loved the fact that family members of all ages helped out. It's as it should be.
For us personally that evening, my two friends and I called on our way home from Jacksonville to see about dining there that evening. Reservations were all full, but I was told to come in and we would be accommodated as some tables are saved for walk-ins. We did and were seated after about 5 minutes as one party was a "no show" and reservations are held for 15 minutes. If not, we would have sat at the bar and eaten there. Our meals were yummy and we had lunch the next day. I requested a special I had there on a previous occasion and, although not on the menu, it was prepared for me. The house wine was great and we took home a piece of their wet coconut cake, which served the three of us the next day (my piece for breakfast). Will be back!

We've been here many times in the past but because 4 of our neighbors had not, we decided to take them on Saturday, Sept 15th. Because this is a very busy restaurant, we called two days earlier to make a reservation (they were full) so we were advised to arrive early and they would try to seat us. We arrived a little before 5pm and were promptly seated. As usual the service was impecable and our friends were surprised to find the prices reasonable for the quality and quantity of food.
Everyone in our party ordered something different (Tuscan Trio, Chicken with lemon sauce and broccoli, Gnocchi(??) in Gorgonzola, Gorgonzola Salad with grilled chicken, Pork Medallions) and all were pleased with their dinners. Several employees and the owner came by to be sure the service and food was to our liking. Even the young girl (maybe 13) who took our dessert order (be sure to save room) described each dessert and made suggestions. Her brother (the young man who may be 12) filled our water/tea glasses and was extremely courteous. Their parents should be proud.
This is a well run restaurant and other than having some difficulty finding parking, it's a wonderful experience that should not be missed in Flagler Beach.

A Rhode Island friend recommended this restaurant to my husband and I. We were a little hesitant to go there due to the fact we have tried some Italian restaurants and they were absolutely awful. So with open minds (friends are very picky eaters) we ventured to this restaurant.
My husband had ravioli and sausage, I had a chicken dish. I also has lentil soup and he, a salad. Both were very, very good, My husband liked the bread, so did I. This is a man who can tell you how many hours old the bread is by smelling it, LOL! Both meals were excellent. The atmosphere was wonderful. The gentleman who seated us was a family member of the owners, maybe an owner himself. I can't recall because I was into the food. We intend to try the veal next(a real test) but we were ecstatically surprised how good the food and the atmosphere was, Would highly recommend this place!

We have been to the Tuscan Grille several times, and every time was a wonderful experience. The quality of the food has always been excellent, the service warm and accommodating. The portions are more than plenty, we usually leave with enough for another meal. We recommend the Grille to everyone.
