Colonel Sanders must be shaking in his grave seeing what has become of his brand here... had to go inside when no one would answer at drive thru... no original chicken available... staff very curt and dismissive. It was pretty nice inside for fast food, but due to the terrible service now I see why there were no other customers.

Ordered an 12 piece family meal. Top pieces of chicken were good but the rest were soggy and very greasy. Got more soggy and greasy the deeper in the bucket. The biscuits tasted old. Mashed potatoes bland and needed seasoning. Coleslaw was good though.

Going inside because the drive through was 12 deep was an awful expirience. 1st found 2 people who waited 20 on orders that were called in and not ready. 2nd told to go to the drive through because Natasha couldn't open the register at th counter. Why ? Because the person who could open the register was at Dunkin Donuts. Needless to say for the 3rd and final time i left with NO CHICKEN ! Please save yourself the time and aggravation , go some place else that is run professionally ! Natasha the manager on 5/21/22 was totally incompetant , has no manners and let one of the asociates argue with a patron !

What can i say, very poor service, rude and obnoxious staff and not able to complete an order. Watched as my husband patiently waited to place an order because staff was on cell phones. Told meals were not available and we really don't care. Never will i go there again
