The new owner has done a great job at transforming this building and is now much more inviting and offers a wider range of food options. We've been for breakfast which was excellent and had their pizza which we really liked. They keep prices affordable and service is very good, but I did deduct a star as I don't like "Breakfast is Served Until 12PM. Don’t ask after!" notice on the menu! , which I find very confrontational and condescending! "Breakfast Service Ends at 12:00 PM" is far more polite.

I had pizza for lunch and it was very good. The sourdough crust makes a difference, and the Italian sausage is made in house and is nicely seasoned. They got tables outside but couldn't see much of the ocean.

Absolutely Wonderful. I LOVE their Friday night date night special. We go every week. Music 🎵 is always a very nice environment and entertainment. Sourdough pizza is very tasty, salads are fresh and delicious, desserts are awesome. We usually pick up a few fresh bagels for Saturday morning breakfast before we leave. Absolutely delicious.
Highlight of visit: Everything is delicious. Desserts are fresh and delightful, bagels delicious NY style, sourdough pizza is soo tasty

Met a friend for lunch, what an amazing atmosphere, Ashley was such a delight and so attentive and you just can't beat the location.
Highlight of visit: Mr. Big Dill was such a great pizza, hands down best dill pickle pizza I have ever had, the sour dough crust is a game changer.

We thought the sourdough was an improvement and the ingredients seemed very fresh. We got our pizza to go but it looked like they were making some nice upgrades to the premises. We would order from here again and would like to try their breakfast.

We ordered pizza here and then visited for breakfast. I usually prefer thin crust, which it is not here, but it's very airy and I liked it. We had the mellow mushroom pizza, added more shrooms and garlic, and it was a great pie.For breakfast the menu was limited and I just had a sausage egg & cheese sandwich which was good, just not what I was in the mood for, and I'm hoping they'll expand their options. Overall another great spot in Flagler Beach to add to my list.

New pizza place across from the beach and easily missed... look for the food truck out front. Their pizza was excellent and they have some interesting varieties. The staff are friendly, and the outside tables are nice for sitting and enjoying pizza with a view.

They've taken over the old breakfast spot that was here and making it into a much better space. It's currently part restaurant part food truck which I'm sure it'll evolve. For now you get great pizza and the seating out front is very nice. Love their crust that they call leopard spotted, which are basically random char spots but they look cool. I don't remember the name of the pizza we had, but it had garlic and hot honey and was excellent. This is a friendly place, and somewhere we will definitely return to.

Fast, friendly service. Great pizza. It was busy when we arrived. I was very surprised how fast we were served.
Highlight of visit: Pizza and the deserts are a must have. The owners are there every night making fresh pizzas. Great view of the Atlantic.

Impressed with their pizza and the sourdough crust is a big plus. They're transforming this old place and I'm sure it'll be very nice once complete. I look forward to seeing what they will achieve.

They're still getting going here with a lot of cool plans for the building, but for now we got pizzas to go and were all super impressed with them. This is artisanal pizza with a sourdough crust and the sauce and cheese were balanced just right. The soppressata is tender and in my opinion a better topping than pepperoni. They need to setup online ordering though.

Review by Rachel, Ormond Beach 9/9/20254.0Food:Service:Atmosphere:
I thought the pizza was very good. The dough is good and tastes very homemade. But the restaurant still has a way to go. We had trouble fining it as the sign still has the previous restaurant name up, and from the road it looks like a construction site. No inside dining yet so everything is outside. I'll wait for the renovations to be complete before I go back.

I've had David's Rustic Dough Pizza at the market and from his food truck and it's superb. He's a great guy and I wish him all the best success with his new restaurant. I can't wait to see what else he will be serving.

I've had their pizza from the food truck and it was very good... the crust is just as I like and the sauce was seasoned perfectly. I also like that you can get a small personal pizza and not just a slice or two like most other pizza places. I'll be interested to see how they do with their new brick and mortar location... the building certainly is rustic so they should fit right in.

Rustic Dough Works in Flagler Beach serves artisanal sourdough crust pizzas with fresh, thoughtfully prepared toppings like house-made Italian sausage and soppressata. Menu highlights include unique pies such as the mellow mushroom with extra garlic and hot honey varieties. Guests appreciate the balance of sauce and cheese, as well as the airy texture of the crust, which offers a different experience from typical thin crusts. The relaxed setting features outdoor seating with ocean views, complemented by attentive, friendly service. The restaurant also offers a modest breakfast menu praised for items like sausage egg and cheese sandwiches and fresh bagels, though some guests hope for a wider selection. Friday night specials with live music add to the lively atmosphere. While prices remain moderate, the evolving space is noted for ongoing improvements. Some find the breakfast service hours notice could be friendlier in tone.
