Lousy location and you would never know it was there and I found it while looking for another business a while ago so stopped for breakfast. The woman serving was very pleasant but they didn't have a very big selection of bagels, which I expected more considering its name being a 'factory'. However the garlic bagel I had was very good and she was very generous with the cream cheese, if not too generous LOL It's basically just a counter inside and feels more like a part time hobby business than a serious bagel shop, but if it's open and you're in the area and hungry hunt it down.

Used to live in Palm Coast and found this gem. Whenever I visit friends in the area I stop to bring a bag home. These are authentic New York bagels. Best in the area! The place is hidden behind front row of buildings but if your homesick for New York bagels this place is well worth your searching out!

I ordered a "baker's dozen" last week. I haven't had bagels this good since I moved from New York.

I love these bagels. I am so glad that I found them. I love having fresh bagels and they make my breakfast complete. I even take one to work to eat at lunch.

Don't waste your money. They obviously haven't been to Brooklyn in a while. Panera's has better bagels. Cream cheese was watery. Put everything bagels in same bag as plain bagels. Won't go back.

Went here for the first time this morning based on the reviews on flaglerrestaurants.com . When I walked in, the aroma of fresh bagels was wonderful! The service was prompt and friendly. The Bagels I bought were the best bagels I've ever had in Florida, and I've lived in Palm Coast for 15 years. I'll be visiting this shop several times per week from now on. It's hard to find though. It's in the same shopping center that the Brighthouse office is in, but in the 2nd row of stores not visible from the road. Definitely a welcome addition to Flagler County!

Found them not too long ago, and I'm sure glad we did. Love their bagels! Very soft and fresh, lots of great flavors. Prices are good and the staff has always been very pleasant. We are from Jersey originally and this is the first bagel place I can say that is like home. We go a few times a week now because they never last long in our house! Only down side is location is a bit hard to find unless you know where they are and its small, but honestly no big deal. The food is what you are going there for and its very good. I highly recommend them.

My family and friends all had Bagels from The Brooklyn Bagel Factory. We LOVE them! Finally a real authentic bagel. They are made fresh everyday. So many flavors to choose from and the fresh made cream cheeses are to die for....Worth the short drive. Friendly staff too!

My family just had bagels for breakfast. They were the worst that anyone ever had - tasteless - dry - stale. Don't wast money here. Go to Publix and by their own or Lendors, Thomas's or other brands.

Finally a real bagel store in Palm Coast. Crispy on the outside, softer on the inside. Like I said, a bagel the way it should be. Also, we got chives cream cheese, our 2nd choice as they were out of vegetable cream cheese. Fresh+ creamy, couldn't be better. The downside is out of the way location and not much of a place to eat in. However, if you want a good bagel this is the place. Better than Einsteins in Ormond and any bagel store in St Augustine. We're ex Yankees; finally. you can get a really good bagel in Palm Coast.

Bagels are authentic! So good and the bakers dozen is a great deal! Definitely recommend. A little slow when busy, but people are so nice you won't mind. Hint, it's in the second row of shops, behind Bingo.
