    Decided to go to Island Grille again when friends from out of town were visiting. We found it to be just as good as ever. They have done some remodeling with new tables/chairs on their outdoor deck (where we prefer to sit), new fans and overall a nice improvement. We arrived around 2:30 pm and were promptly seated and served. Since it was late for lunch and early for supper we managed to sit and talk without being rushed. And, although they no longer offer the scallop salad they offered the blackened shrimp salad which was delicious. Can't remember what everyone ordered but the 4 of us were pleased. There are lots of good restaurants in Palm Coast/Flagler Beach but Island Grille has to be one of our favorites.

    Enjoyed a really nice Luncheon Buffet with my sister from Cornwall Ct. and my wife! Beautiful view of the ocean food was of the chart, yummy!! I don't normally do Buffet Dining, but we hit it Lucky Prime Rib, Eggs Benedict, fresh omelettes made to order spiced shrimp , Chicken. The crew there put the Atlantic Grill to shame, service was good and it was not busy as the Church crowd was done. Nice surprise for a change! I told the whole staff they did a good job. Shocked and happy. Thank you for a great lunch with my sister and wife.

    Their food is excellent. I highly recommend the Chicken Salad Sandwich. The sandwich fillings are all prepared fresh. You choose which bread and several bread types available. Generous serving in sandwich - I get two meals from 1 sandwich!

    Awesome mom and pop shop, but it's a mother / daughter cafe. Really good home made food, sandwiches. I take my staff there two days a week.

    The food is great and the coffee is better. Not sure I'll be going anywhere else to get my coffee. Everyone there is so friendly. I recommend the kickin' turkey club. And any of their coffees are worth trying.
