Review of Cracker Barrel by Jerry from Palm Coast
Cracker Barrel was open for Thanksgiving and we had the usual turkey and dressing dinner and it was very good. This was probably as close to home made as we could expect. ll the staff were friendly and we're grateful they worked today. Thank you everyone for a lovely meal.

It's been a while since I visited a Cracker Barrel and they have added a few new items to the menu. I had the Shepherd's Pie casserole which is a twist on the classic but tasted very good, and my wife had her old staple of Chicken n Dumplins which she always liked. Service was friendly and they still have that nice and homey atmosphere.

Rocking chairs, brain puzzlers, and junk everywhere are fine if you're into that kind of thing, but I find it all very cluttered and unappealing, especially when the food is just mediocre. The chicken was dry and salty, and why call them green beans when you cook the green right out of them? Flavorless and watery corn from a can! The one shining star though was our server who did her best to please us. Customers are mostly senior citizens, and not sure the next generation will support this kind of restaurant.

Our family had dinner here tonight. The kids loved their meals which were chicken tenders and the mini cheeseburgers, and my wife liked the meatloaf, but my chicken pot pie was too salty and I couldn't finish it. The sides were good but we noticed they have a lot of upcharges now. Our server was great and they have a lot to keep the kids occupied.

This is the only Cracker Barrel that I will go in and have been for many years. Never had a bad meal or bad service here. Very dependable and a place where you can get a great wholesome meal, made to feel welcome and appreciated, and leave satisfied all for a fair price. Thye also have plenty of parking and outside seating now too.

I have experienced a recent decline at the local Palm Coast Cracker Barrel with my last visit being the worst. My wife and I were blatantly disrespected and spoke to in a rude demeanor by the manager Joshua. Sad turn of events at one time was one of my favorite places to dine. However, I will not spend my hard-earned money at an establishment where I'm not treated with decency and respect.

We come here for the pancakes and I usually get the Grandma's Sampler which has pancakes and a bit of everything and is a good feed for around $10. Service is always good and we enjoy the country store.

Good dependable and satisfying breakfast with very good service. Love their biscuits. Eggs cooked just right., but the hashbrowns needed to be more crispy. Our server kept the coffee topped up. Nice homey atmosphere and the store is fun to browse.

Cracker Barrell hasn't changed much in years, and I like that. Service is very good and the servers are friendly, Food is comforting and reliable. I always enjoy their breakfasts especially the hashbrowns casserole.

Four us came here and two of loved their food and two didn't. My breakfast was excellent with everything cooked just right, but my wife's was burnt and scrambled eggs hard and dry. Our duaghter's tenders were greasy and hard but other daughter really enjoyed here country shrimp. We like that they do breakfast all day as I like breakfast foods, just don't like to eat that heavy early in the morning. Also, our server was really good and did her best to make better. Like everywhere else it's not a cheap meal here anymore either.

I like how Cracker Barrell remains the same... I walk in here and it's the same as it was 20 years ago, and I can rely on friendly service and a good filling meal. It's also good that they serve breakfast all day as I like their pancakes and get cravings at all times. The blueberry or pecan pancakes are my favorite.

First thing as we walked in it’s like walking into a freezer. Only 63 out. Sat outside it’s warmer. Server seemed stoned. Had to go back and forth cause his memory is zero. Many left as it was terrible for them. Awful experience.

We expected a wait but were seated right away. The server was with us immediately and had coffee out quickly. I like Cracker Barrel as it's dependable and consistent and very comforting which I like on colder days and around the holidays. My husband always gets his Country Boy breakfast and clears the plate, and I like their Sunrise Sampler. They also do a nice Holiday Latte that's like drinking a dessert. Our only complaint is that the parking lot needs more disabled spots as they're nearly always taken.

Cracker Barrel is always a good bet for a comforting meal and friendly and efficient service. I'm an older single guy who doesn't cook much so places like this make me feel welcome and not rushed and the food tastes close to homemade. It won't break the bank either and I like the store if there's a wait for a table.

Service was great and very friendly, even during a busy breakfast rush. Standard fare - but that is what you expect at a Cracker Barrel restaurant. The store staff was quite helpful.

Very attentive service and reliable food. We're regulars and you can always depend on it for a good filling breakfast at a great price. My husband loves their Smokehouse Breakfast and I enjoy their Momma's Pancakes. Very pleasant holiday feel inside right now and their shop is always an interesting browse.

A good staple for breakfast. I usually get the Grandma Sampler with fried apples... don't recommend the hashbrown casserole and coffee not the best either. Staff friendly enough although service sometimes slow. If there's a bus in the parking lot... go someplace else.

We had breakfast first outing since covid, We were so disappointed. French toast seemed frozen, sausage patties were over cooked The best thing about our meal was our server she was friendly and on top of her job.

Our server was full of energy and took great care of us. The food was good with generous portions but it is heavy and not somewhere we can eat at very often. Always fun to look around the store while waiting for a table.

Reliable place for a good meal and service. Food is filling and tastes fine, and service usually OK but sometimes you get a server that's slow or disappears all the time. Always love browsing the store and they also now have outside dining which is nice. Staff used to be good with masks but that is now definitely slacking.
Highlight of visit: Their chicken and dumplings are a great comforting meal.
