Woody's Bar-B-Q PERMANENTLY CLOSED

Lunch today was good. Memphis ribs were meaty and tender and had a good flavored sauce. The fries tasted freshly cooked and the coleslaw and beans sides were very good. Server checked in on us often.

I don't go for their BBQ plates but like their handhelds and wraps... salads are good too. Service friendly but kitchen can be slow sometimes. Kitchy atmosphere.

I like Woody's has it's a very community oriented business and has pretty good food. You won't get the finest cuts of meat here, but it's good tastin' BBQ in a laid back atmosphere. Service can be hit or miss but always friendly.

Friendly and accommodating service. The squash appetizer was very greasy and mushy, but the rest of our meals were spot on. Ribs tasted good and cooked just right and the chicken nice and moist. Their sauces are good and the fries were excellent.

Quite good BBQ for a chain with a casual interior and very friendly staff. I like their Texas Brisket which is moist and very flavorful. Sides are good they do great Fried Okra. Overall good filling food that is reasonably priced.

First time here in a long time and not as good as I remember it. Wanted a quick lunch but server was slow. Pulled pork was OK but on the salty side. Sauces good. Coleslaw very sweet. Good fries.

Woody's has some pretty good BBQ for a chain with big portions. Plenty of side options and overall good value. It's a relaxing and clean place, and our server was very good.

Highlight of visit: Their Pork Sample plate is very good and offers a variety.

Good reliable food and service is always friendly. I like their ribs and the pulled pork best. The sides are all decent and they make good fries. Great deals on draught beers.

Ordered over the phone with Chloe, I ordered (2) pulled pork sandwiches with one side each. When my husband got there he was told they could only give us one sandwich because they were out, he had to wait almost 30 minutes to make a different choice & wait to replace one of the sandwiches, my salad was completely wrong, as I ordered a simple dinner salad, ended up with pork on my salad and having to paying more for that (which my husband was not aware of) we asked for buns not Texas toast, we ended up with Texas toast, another error. We have never had a problem but this Chloe person did not care at all!!! I asked for the manager to reach out to me, as we are not pleased. If I don’t hear back from Matt we will NEVER be back. The pork was dry & over cooked. This was the worst experience, not to mention the lack of accepting any responsibility from Chloe! Not an employee I would employ to represent my restaurant. So frustrating!!! Such a waste of money! Not a good experience at ALL!

We went for late lunch and we were the only ones dining in there but we had a great server and an excellent meal. The meats were soft and had good smokiness. Their coleslaw and beans are awesome. Feels very retro inside and was nice and clean.

Good reliable spot with great customer service and food. Good wings and ribs. Never left unsatisfied.

I like Woody's because they're active in the community and they're reliable for good food and service. Their Famous BBQ Salad is really good and they have good iced tea.

BBQ is OK and a good stop for lunch. But I like their pulled pork sandwich and burgers. Service can be hit or miss and quite basic inside. Menu and restaurant could do with a makeover to bring it into 2022.

While it may not be the best BBQ around it's good for a decent quick meal. Meats are quite tasty and their sides are very good... especially the fried corn on the cob and awesome squash. The power lunches are a good deal. Servers are good and it's very casual for when I'm in work clothes.

I like Woody's but have taken to just ordering online and picking it up as service inside has become so slow. But I like their food and my kids like their sandwiches. Their baby back ribs are very good and I usually get the baby back combo that comes with chicken too. My wife says they have the best BBQ salad and we order it with the brisket.

Ribs were nice and tender had good flavor. The sides tasted canned but the collard greens were very good. I like all their BBQ sauces. Server was the tops. Beers cold. I like Woody's but they just lack the freshness on some of the items.

So, they just won the best franchise award which is cool, but it's not really the best BBQ. I do like it as it's convenient and good for a quick work lunch, but it can't compare to places like Captain's or Smokin' D's. At Woody's the sides taste frozen or canned, and the meats aren't always very high quality. But it has good flavor and staff are nice and friendly, and it has good prices.

Had excellent service and enjoyed dinner. Ordered the Baby Back Combo and the ribs were very tender and the chicken was moist, and both had a good real BBQ flavor and not like that liquid smoke taste some other places have. I do like their southern style sides and this is the only place where I eat okra! The service was top notch and nothing to complain about here.

I always like Woody's... they have a lot of variety on the menu and they have some good southern items especially the Brunswich Stew which is very tasty. Their ribs are very good as well and the Carolina Pulled Pork. You get good service here and prices are reasonable.

Order takeout from here regularly for lunch at work and never disappointed. Really like their sandwiches and wraps... good flavors and order always ready when I arrive. Not many choices around hat part of town but Woody's has enough options to please.
