In the 6-7 years this has been open, I have always had to wait at least 10 minutes in drive thru. Tonight, 20 minutes 2 cars away from pay window. Got there, sat 5 minutes, watched them hand a happy meal to the car at window, another 5 and I think they parked him. Hope the well done steak he ordered was good, or they cook burger patties one at a time. Left after total 15 minutes at pay window. Got home told wife never ask me to go to McDonald's again

I need to stop punishing my body and soul and not go to McDonald's anymore! At least not this one! I have never had good service here with wrong orders and always very slow. Today my sandwich was a mess and the fries cold. If they hadn't taken so long to give me my order the fries would probably have been still been hot. I give up!

I haven't been to a McDonald's for several years, and now I remember why!! Terrible service, lousy chemical tasting food, and awful environment. Is this the lowest food can get? Yet people still keep coming. So sad.

The staff are like drones and you get a very flat service. Food is usually as good as you can expect from a McD's but they do have problems getting the order right or missing things. I ALWAYS now go through the bags before leaving much to the distaste of the servers. I recommend as the kids do enjoy the food and I think poor service this is about the norm for all McD's these days.
