Deli Park PERMANENTLY CLOSED

I was recommended to eat here by a friend of mine. I was so impressed by the way they made me feel like family. I felt so welcome. The food was so good. My husband loved his club sandwich. It was such a big portion. The potato salad was delicious. Because we loved it there so much we decided to go eat breakfast and oh my goodness what a way to start the day. It was amazing. Consider me a regular! What a cute place too.

Wow what a change and not a good one. I have not been able to go to Deli Park for a while. They have new owners and it is not the same Deli Park.

Food tasted like old 7-11 deli case... turkey was wet, mushy and salty, mayo was like paste and cheese was rubber. Place was dirty, owner was talking bad about a guy that just left because he was not happy with his food and service. Good bye Deli Park you are not ever going to see me again.

If you really want a fantastic filling breakfast or lunch? You have to try deli park. The new owners are friendly n doing great with the place. They have the best lunch sandwiches I've ever had. Huge filling portions served with a huge side of a homemade salad. The potato salad is amazing my favorite. Come try deli park ill see you there. You won't be disappointed I promise.

I went in not knowing what to expect. My fortune was to eat a wonderful lunch "big portions" great service and all around great atmosphere. I am going back there again and recommend others to do the same you will not be disappointed.

What a great place to eat! The atmosphere and food are amazing. They have added additional seating which makes it great to stop in for lunch! The new owners are doing a fabulous job with the place. Keep it up and we'll keep spreading the word about one of Flagler Counties BEST places to eat!!

This small place is getting bigger. So now I can tell you again it is the best place of any for breakfast. You can tell because it is so busy and I keep going and going. What a deal they are.

Went for breakfast on a recommendation and the food was very good and very cheap. They have amazing deals that are a bargain and they don't seem to be cutting back on quality. Service was good too. It's a little hidden out the way but worth seeking out.

The food and service have always been awesome here. The sandwiches have been HUGE and there is enough for dinner or tomorrow's lunch. We visit this place a lot and have recommended it to others. They have not been disappointed, either!

My husband and I ate breakfast at Deli Park Wednesday morning and the food was excellent. The prices are amazing. The owners are so kind and friendly. It is a great place to eat in the morning, we need happy and peace in the morning after putting 2 kids on the bus. Thank you to the Policastro's for providing a great experience. Cant wait to try lunch.

I've now stopped there for lunch and takeout about four times. Each time I came with someone different or brought something home. The club sandwiches are huge, Rueben's are terrific, pastrami on rye was out of this world and the chicken with the mushrooms were over the top good. Great staff and great prices. What a treasure to find tucked away among the rows of buildings off of US1. Only wish is that they were closer to Palm Coast.

Great service, food and prices. Homemade cinnamon rolls are the best!

All I can say, is OMG! the food is great, if you really want one of the greatest cinnamon rolls in the world, ask chef Mike when he will be making them, the best. Move over Martha Stewart here comes chef Mike's cinnamon rolls. Excellent food, service, and atmosphere

Friendly owners make you feel like you're part of their family when you walk in. The broccoli and cheese soup is the best around and their $4.99 daily specials are real home cooking that's sure to fill you up. The cakes and muffins are always amazing. We eat there for breakfast and lunch almost every day.

Wow! What a wonderful place.... Hard to find but once you do you'll keep going back. Breakfast is good and cheap. We went back for lunch. I had the club (which was so big I ate it for two meals) and my husband had the corned beef reuben, and he said it was the best he ever had. This gal recommends you try it! Clean, friendly and good!

The food is wonderful plus the prices are cheap. Yea the coffee might be 1.49 but you get free refills and if you ask for a to go cup they'll fill one up and you'll be on your way! This is my number 1 place to eat breakfast and lunch. Stop by once and you'll keep coming back!

How true but no frills great food! I will take that every day. OK I only eat there 3 to 4 times a week. How do we vote them best breakfast in Florida?

This place is a real bargain. No frills but good food at a good price. Friendly folks and clean.

You can get a breakfast such as a roll with two eggs and cheese for under a buck but the coffee costs $1.50! Still, it's great value and the food is very good for the money. They have quite a few choices in there and is becoming a popular stop with workers.

What a deal! Breakfast is low cost and the best freshest I have had. You will have to try to find this place and once you do like me you will not eat fast food breakfast ever again. Fresh baked, fresh smell my car gos to them every day now. Great food & great people.
