Review of Gildas' Creperie by Kayleigh from Palm Coast
I went here to try the crepes but ended up having Quiche Lorraine instead and it was so good. By far the best Quiche I've had and topped off with fantastic coffee and amazingly courteous staff. Can't use enough adverbs for this wonderful little cafe. A very classy addition to Palm Coast and the European Village.

This amazing little cafe is the only real European Restaurant in the European Village. Very authentic and delicious food. The crepes are so good and the quiche is the best anywhere. Staff are a delight and I just love going there. A must place to visit.

I love this place! It is the by far the best kept secret in Palm Coast. The crepes are amazing, the scones are to die for, and the pastries are divine. There hasn't been one thing that I've tried that I have not loved. The cafe is so clean and efficiently ran. The staff is always so nice and helpful. They always help me choose the best tasty treats. I cannot get enough of this place. A definite gem in the Euro Village.
Highlight of visit: The scones are the best I have ever had. You will not be disappointed. All the girls there offer great service.

My husband and I visited early for Sunday breakfast yesterday. The weather was beautiful and the setting charming with additional seating added outside. The two young ladies working were very pleasant and they maintained very good health and cleanliness standards. The crepes are excellent and are apparently the most authentic type as the owner is from the Brittany region in France where crepes originated. We feel very lucky to have this wonderful little cafe so close to home and will become regulars.

Industrial type atmosphere with wood and metal decor with about 3 tables and a seating bar at the window. Choose a sweet or savory crepe which is made from buckwheat flour so is darker and a little crispier. Savor filling selection is limited with numerous combinations of the same ingredients and would be nice to see more options. However, the crepes are very good... they're flatter and folded fan style and eaten with your hands and not like the stuffed pancake style you may be used to. Each one is made fresh which is cool to watch.

Try this place you won't be disappointed. Not your eggy type of crepes but they're delicious. I've had their savory and sweet crepes and bother tasted amazing. Very nice service and atmosphere fitting for the European Village. I'm a weekly crepeaholic now :-)

Delicious crepes and very personable owner. Fun to watch your crepe being made. Choose savory or sweet, plus French pastries available too. Looking forward to trying more.

Had a savory crepe and was a little disappointed. The batter wasn't what I've had before and didn't have such a light texture or flavor and was more greasy. I also didn't like the way it's wrapped in paper. It was actually OK, just not how I expect a crepe to be. Staff was pleasant but I'd like the atmosphere to have more of warm European feel.

We tried the sweet crepes and although different and more greasy to what I've had before, they were quite good. The banana caramel filling was tasty and ice cream on top was excellent. Owner is nice and likes to chat. Will go again to try the savory crepes next time.

Stopped by yesterday and didn't even know it was open yet, so had to try a crepe. The atmosphere is nice but needs warming up a bit. The gentleman cooking is very pleasant and is a Frenchman via Michigan where owns bakeries. Like the other reviewer said, he uses buckwheat flower for the crepes which makes them egg free so good for vegans. Range of fillings from sweet to savory. He is also a baker and offers some pastries too. I'll come back with family soon.

Gildas’ just opened yesterday in European Village. My wife and I stopped in today and had some delicious crepes and coffee. Probably still working on decor but nice place and people running it. Very good selection of sweet and savory crepes and fresh baked goods as well as ice cream.
Highlight of visit: Crepes made with buckwheat flour. Darker and a little crispier than other crepes we’ve had.
