Very near my home, but I have rarely gone there. They do make some food items in house, which is nice. Service with an attitude is a problem. Uneven experience with food quality.

I was in Collett's with a friend today at 2:40 P.M. This became important when my friend and I tried to order a pizza we had a coupon for. Thinking we would browse and purchase some other products while the pizza was made, we went to the counter first to order it. We were first told that the deli would be closing at 4PM even though the posted hours online said 6 PM. We had also arrived last Tuesday and the place was closed.

When we asked for the pizza, the woman at the counter said we couldn't get one because they were closing at 4 and that a pizza took a half hour to make ( because they "make it fresh). When I went to school, 2:40 plus 30 minutes would have put the time at 3:10, so plenty of time before the 4PM closure. A man was sitting at a table, and he and the woman seemed to be having an unspoken conversation. He glowered at us, and we were left with the impression that he probably was the man would should have been making our pizza. The woman told us to "come back tomorrow".

I have never written any review online before, but this experience changed me. Why in the world would you want to present your business to 2 new customers that way? We were well dressed and well spoken, and probably would have spent $30-40 more than the cost of the pizza. Obviously this deli does not need any new customers, and they certainly will not have us buy from them. It is said that if a business does something great, a few people hear about it, but if a business does something negative, 40-50 people end up hearing about it. As a retired business manager, I can attest to that. I certainly would not have tolerated anyone who worked for me treating customers the way we were treated. If the woman was one of the owners, then shame on her for how she treated( and lost) 2 prospective customers.

Over the past weekend, my group and I came to Palm Coast from South Florida for a tournament. We stayed at the Marriott and they recommended "Colletti's Italian Deli" . WOW! What a treat. On Friday, we ordered from their catering menu: trays of salad, pasta, grilled chicken, and Italian Bread (hot right out of the oven). The kids enjoyed the food so much, we did it again on Saturday for dinner. They even stayed open late for us, both Friday and Saturday night. The food was absolutely delicious--and priced right. We also stopped in for a late lunch and tried their pizza and specialty sandwiches. All I can say say is I wish....... We had Colletti's by us--and shame on you if you live in Palm Coast and have not tried--this Italian gem.

I was taking my friend that lives in Palm Coast to pay her water bill, she was waiting in a long line, so I told her I was going to check out the plaza next to where we were, so I was walking and stumbled on to Colletti's Italian Deli, It's a small little Italian Deli, Didn't think much of it at first, But now I am a regular customer of theirs, I love the bread crunchy on the outside but airy on the inside, the way bread should be, in my opinion. (plus I got it right out of the oven). They bake fresh bread through out the day, and my luck I got their when it was coming right out of the oven, The owner was so friendly willing to answer any question I had about Italian food ( I'm not Italian, but enjoy real Italian cooking). They had meals to go, I thought that was great, I got a chicken francese (never had it before) and a chicken marsala. When I got home I warmed up both meals for me and my husband, they were both so good we would only let the each other only take a little bite to see if they would, like it. Now, I call ahead and the younger women Melanie is so helpful she makes sure that all my food that I order is correct and always has a smile on her face.

We are currently on vacation in the Hammock, we are from Long Island. We were looking for an Italian deli and one of our friends highly recommended Colletti's. They said we had to try the Georges Shoes. It had fresh chicken cutlets, homemade mozzarella, roasted red peppers, extra virgin olive oil, and a balsamic glaze. I have never tasted anything like it and I am from New York. I love the bread and Mozzarella so much I bought a loaf of their Italian bread that was still hot from coming out of the oven and a pound of the homemade mozzarella. The service was exceptional, I met and was talking to the entire family, I felt like I was back home. You must try this place, Ask for Melanie, she is a sweet heart and Chris the owner is a gem.

Wow! I am excited. I finally found my place where i can get fresh Italian bread that is out of the world, the first time I see one of the heroes my mouth dropped. I am now a dedicated customer at Colletti's and will go there to the end of time.Melanie, Chris, Terry, and George are great. I can't believe that they make almost everything on premises, you have to check this deli out.

I was driving down old kings road and stumbled on to Collettis, I have been looking for a good Italian deli for a while ( not knowing that Colllettis has been there for years) But Me and my friends got a large Pizza that was only 8.95 and worth every penny, and my friend ordered a Don Christopher, which I have never seen such a big sandwich. Now that I found the Italian Deli I have been missing since I moved here from Jersey, I couldn't be happier. The owner Chris was very nice, But Melanie Really made the service exceptional, always having a smile on her face a trying to help answer any question I had. She really went above and beyond, to make sure I had a great time at COllettis, I will be going back every chance i GET.

i am pleasantly surprised at the quality and quantity of the portions served. As many times that i have gone there to eat, i have never been disappointed. Everything ordered is always fresh and tasty. The food reminds me of back home in New Jersey/New York area Delis and restaurants. I always highly recommend Colletti's Deli and I speak from personal experience. A party of 36 people all agreed with my assessment and have gone back on their own since then.

Myles Savage-lead singer of the Platters and his party also agree and highly endorse Colldetti's as outstanding. When in town, Myles frequents Colletti's.

I have been frequently eating here since 2009. I find that the quality and quantity are consistent each time I visit there. If you desire real home cooked Italian meals this is the place to go. Home made desserts are exceptional also.

Colletti's is the best thing that happened to Palm Coast since the 18 years that I have been down here. The Italian bread is as good as it is up north. The food is terrific and the service is great. If you haven't goon there. go.

We have been going to Colletti's since they first opened. They have the best Italian Sausage - and that's from someone who comes from New York! The owners are friendly and make you feel like family when you are there. The breakfasts are great and very reasonably priced. If you get an Italian hero for lunch, be prepared to be stuffed (that's if you can eat the whole sandwich). The Italian delicacies are wonderful - one of our favorite is the cheese and prosciutto stuffed peppers. A few months ago they started having "An evening at Colletti's." They serve dinner two weekends each month. We have been there every month and each time have enjoyed the food tremendously. But if you decide to give the dinner a try, be sure to make reservations - the seating is limited and they fill up quickly. We have lived in Palm Coast for 14 years and we are thrilled to have a great Italian Deli in our neighborhood.

This is the best Italian deli in Palm Coast. The food is great, the people are like family and the service is excellent. We try to eat there at least once per week and have never been disappointed. It is like eating at a relatives house. We have been to their dinners that they do twice per month and have had some great meals. All and all the best.

Today, I stopped in for lunch and was not happy with the extremely high prices there. I ordered a shrimp Parmesan hero and it was decent actually. The shrimp were cooked perfect and very tasty. The sauce needs some help though. I would not have minded more cheese on the hero but was OK with it. It was served on a ciabbatta roll which was alright but really needed to be on Italian bread. The service was typical like any other deli/restaurant. I waited like maybe ten or fifteen minutes for my lunch. The wallet damage came out to be $8.50 with tax, but I know I could have gotten a better and more filled sandwich else where. Oh and I tried to order a cannolli and they could not serve that with out a pre-made order... seriously? How hard is it to make one cannolli? Don't even get me started on the prices on the Italian bread, $4.50 for a small loaf of good Italian bread. Come on here, I would rather take the drive up to NY and spend my 2 bucks on an even better but much larger loaf of bread. This place is a rip off and a joke. I most likely will not return. Although, I love Italian heroes and one of them looked pretty good but still too expensive.

Comment from at Colletti's - Hey Mike...just to let you know from an actual Italian...ciabbatta IS Italian bread!!! I was just in NYC two months ago and couldn't get a big sandwich or good bread for much less than down here at this deli or Dominics! It's a decent place to go with some unique selections!

Thought I'd give this place a try for lunch. Initially it was quite nice walking in but the man behind the counter was not very friendly. I ordered a sandwich and although it was quite good, the attitude of the man put me off. The price was definitely too high for what it was too.
