My husband arrived at 5:40 last night (1/25/11) with the intention of having a drink at the bar then going to a table for dinner. There was one lady sitting there using her laptop or something similiar and drinking what appeared to be a cosmo.

The bartender, and I'm assuming a manager, were behind the bar watching the storm on the two TV's. They looked at us, continued to watch the storm, the manager, or whoever he was, then left the bar. The bartender turned to the other TV and began channel surfing. We sat there for four to five minutes and left.

We never complain about service but this was over the top.

Went for lunch and had a great meal. We ordered mini sandwiches with the salad bar and you get unlimited fries for under $10! Great value and everything tasted wonderful. We liked the atmosphere in there and the server was good.

Sat in the bar area within the past few days for lunch, only one other table occupied plus one couple at the bar. Service by the bartender could not have been worse as that person spent the vast majority of the time talking to a couple at the bar. We were almost ignored to the point that we cleared our own plates by loudly depositing them on the BAR ourselves to get he attention. This service ruined the meal and the management heard from me before we left.

Visited for lunch and was impressed with the service and food. The server (John) was polite, accommodating and very efficient. Our sandwiches were very good and the salad bar was fresh, clean and well stocked. Prices reasonable too.

The food at Ruby's has improved quite a lot but their service still needs some work. I don't mean to rude, but it seems like the server was just a dingbat! She was nice but just couldn't get anything right and forgot everything. Lunch was tasty though and the salad bar was nice and fresh.

This is a nice restaurant. Food is much better than it used to be and I like the range of selections. Salad bar was good. Service was slow and waitress kept disappearing for long periods. Atmosphere is nice and seating comfortable. Prices aren't too bad and some lunch specials are good deals.

I enjoyed this place very much. I worked in the service industry and understand that its very difficult to run a restaurant. This place has new management, much better management. The food was good. I ordered a four way sampler and my friend ordered a buffalo chicken burger which was excellent. I highly recommend anyone who has not tried this place in a while to try it now.

New menu includes more choices for sides of veggies instead of fries - loved the grilled asparagus and grilled string beans. My husband and I had perfectly cooked burgers and the server Ryan was great! Will be visiting again soon.

Went today for lunch, I had burger and salad bar, burger perfectly cooked but my wife's triple combo was a big problem, the baby back ribs that were first brought out were dried out and no meat on them. They brought out another order, this was a little better but mostly bone, the chicken fingers were hard, didn't seem fresh. Finally, Nick the day manager gave use credit for the order. My wife doesn't want to come back for a long time. Salad bar was fresh and cold as it usually is.

Where's the bison! For the past 10-12+ years, I've been dining at Ruby's here and elsewhere. My favorite and the only healthy, tasty item they have offered was the bison burger. The Palm Coast location has 86'ed the bison. Why? Oh, they now have a dried out salty tasteless turkey burger! We tried the turkey burger and the triple prime. No exaggeration, we arrived at 6:30 and did not get out of there till 9:30. Having sent back over cooked and over salted food, we never had our entree till 9pm! Are these people kidding? This is a competitive business! I could play 18 holes quicker. Next time I have a hankering for a burger, I'm driving north to St Augustine to the Ruby's location there for bison or up to Ted's in Jacksonville. Bad service, bad food. $46 and I'm still hungry because what I was served was over cooked, over salted and undersized. TGIF up in St Augustine serves a much better turkey burger. A total waste of my time and money. What I cannot figure out is why people wait to eat at this sub-prime location. Oh, I forgot, no place to eat in Palm Coast.

Service can be hit or miss and is usually only average at best, but the food is pretty good and they have a descent selection of menu items. Salad bar is good and there's some good choices for the kids.

We went to Ruby Tuesday's today, and we're probably never going to come back. We walked in the host wasn't even at the counter and the lobby was filled with waiting people, finally the host came up and told us to wait 10-15 minutes, in all we waited 25 minutes, the funny thing is I went to the bathroom and walked by the dinning room, it was completely empty! All there was were empty dirty tables and waiters just sitting and chatting away. The host took us to a dirty table and kept giving us looks and a bad attitude, she was very rude. The food was wonderful! The service was horrible, and the restaurant was very dirty.

We recently tried Ruby Tuesday's brunch and were very impressed! The hot biscuits were yummy, and there were many choices for the main meal and sides. The servings were generous - bring an appetite. Service was prompt and friendly. We'll be back!

This was a truly great dining experience. Fast and friendly service with delicious food. This franchise as surly outdone itself in the Palm Coast area. Being from New York, me and my friend both concur that, after a recent visit to the Palm Coast area, that Ruby Tuesdays has made into our personal top three choices for dining. Service, food, ambiance, and price - all fabulous!

This evening we had dinner at Ruby Tuesday and it was great. The food was excellent and freshly prepared. We were greeted by a very friendly employee and seated at a table. Our waiter, Gary was very pleasant, friendly and helpful in answering our questions that we had about the choices in the menu. He was very fast in bringing out our drinks and a pleasant smile from the waiter always makes it a good evening. I had the New England Clam Chowder, House Salad which was very large, and the Salmon and Shrimp dinner with Broccoli and Rice which was great. Finished it all.. My wife had Chicken Quesadillas and sister in law had Tilapia with Shrimp. No complaints from any one. 2 doggie bags but not me. Great for the meal, service and Gary. Will be sure to return.

We had a very disappointing experience here this evening. Had a coupon so we decided to visit, Bad idea! Salad bar greens look like buzzards had been at them, no fresh greens and what was there was browning. Should have known the rest of the meal was going to be just as disappointing. Ordered a 9 oz peppercorn sirloin (medium well) and a 10oz sirloin (medium rare). What we got was an 8 oz peppercorn (medium rare) and an 5 oz (medium well) sirloin. Waitress didn't have much to say except, sorry, we have a new cook, I'm going to have a talk with him (yeah right). No baked potatoes or broccoli available.
Ordered a house red and was told the brand name, asked if there was a Cab and she quoted another brand name, what I got was very nice but turned out to be a premium, not a house ($8 vice $5).
I have never felt "ripped off" there before but feel like it this time. Won't be back, would have preferred spending more somewhere else rather than use a coupon for this sorry meal.

We've ordered take out many times from this restaurant and every time something has been wrong. This time we called and complained to the manager we did have to go back and pick up the new order but the manager was really nice about it. The waiter that deals with the carryout here though sat inside and gave us the evil eye when we returned to pick up the replacement. The manager was really great though and took care of the mistake. If it wasn't for him the star rating would have been much lower.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant in Palm Coast. I received a VIP invitation from a friend so I figured I would give it a shot even though in the past the service was questionable. WOW what a difference!!! Huge improvements. The invitation I had expired on Oct 7th, but they gladly accepted and told me that the deadline was extended until Oct. 21.Not sure if there was a change in management, but the staff seemed very happy. They now KNOW their job. I asked about several rumors that they were closing and I was assured by the server and the manager, Tim, that this was NOT TRUE. Thank You, because of great food, great service - They just made a regular!

I have visited Ruby Tuesday twice on separate occasions. Once for dinner, and another most recently for lunch. After 5pm, I found the service very poor. The waitress was kind, but forgot items that we asked for on numerous times. We were seated by the bar and seemed to be the hangout for the staff. Also, the salad bar was scarce. It took almost half an hour for them to finally fill and replenish the salad bar.

During the lunch hour, I found better, quick service. The wait staff were on the ball and quick to make sure we got what we ordered. Both times I have been pleased with the food. And will visit this place again.
