Great location but it's kind of run down and tatty in places. Had to get table wiped off. We found the staff all very friendly and they had some very good drinks which is what we really went for, but the food was only mediocre. Fried food very greasy and hush puppies cold. Not much taste with everything. The atmosphere is very good and with some more love and care they could really make this a great restaurant.

We stopped visiting here due to the amount of smoke. It seems like EVERYONE smokes there and although the setting is very cool and the views awesome, there is no escaping the smoke! No way can you eat outside and it's a shame because we really liked the food and drinks. It's become a riverside dive bar! Servers are understanding but nothing they can do except to sit you inside which doesn't have the same vibes. Back to the Lion!

Kind of a cheap island resort type of theme but kind of nice and relaxing though. You feel sort of lost when you first enter but once seated the server was nice and took our drink orders, which took forever to come back and when they did one was very watery where ice had melted. So I assume it was left standing while the other was being made. The menu has a lot on it and we went for the fish tacos and oysters. The tacos were good but oysters were not so impressive. Server was hard to track down and long waits between drinks. I think if you sit at the bar you may have better luck here. Overall I'd go for drinks but would skip the food next time. It's just too much effort to keep chasing staff for everything you need.

It's amazing how many times I have driven over the Flagler Beach Bridge and never knew this place was underneath! I guess that's why it's called what it is LOL The outside area is very cool and a wonderful location. The servers were very friendly and although they seemed busy was slow. Menu has something for everyone with an emphasis on seafood. I had a fried platter and my wife a fish sandwich. Both were very good in particular the sandwich which had a great blackened flavor. Drinks were good too and music was fun. It was a little too cold so we left early so will head back when it gets warmer.

Highlight of visit: Rachael Fish Sandwich

I passed over this place so many times without knowing it was there. It's out of the way under the Flagler Beach bridge and you have to double back underneath to get to it, but once there you'll find a great setting right on the Intracoastal Waterway. Forget inside, that looked dull but outside is where the action is. They had a band playing that was very good and entertaining and the crowd seemed very much into it. Landshark beers were very cheap and mixed drinks were typical tiki bar type but not bad. We ordered a few dishes to share and we liked all except on one dish the batter was still raw and tasted like old oil was used. Servers were busy and managed to keep our drinks coming although food came out at odd times. Overall a fun spot with a great atmosphere and reasonable drinks and food. I would go next time just for drinks and the entertainment.

Went for lunch and the deck was very busy. Servers were running around like mad. Hostess tried to help and heard patrons complain about service. Waiter quoted a price for scallops of $9.99 for 4 pieces but we received only three. After we complained, he credited the drinks. The menu seems over priced for what you get. Servers don't write things down so some items are forgotten. The kitchen can't handle a crowd.

Stopped in after hearing friends talk about the place, SO glad we did. The Tiki bar is one of the best ones that I have sat at. While it is on the water it is still covered, so you don't get burned by the sun. The drinks were quite tasty and were priced right. My wife had the Crab Stuffed Portobello and I had the All You Can Eat Crab Legs (what a deal!) - both were delicious. I can't wait to go back and sit at that bar...the bartender (Dave) was a blast to sit with and he introduced us to some regulars - made us feel right at home! Bringing some out of town guests next time!!!

Went there a week in advance to meet manager and make sure they could accommodate our party of approximately 50/60 People. Decided on a buffet at $10 per person for hot dogs, burgers and Brats. Reasonable price plus drinks. Called day of event to confirm. Had a nice patio area set up for a private party.

But there were no burgers, B.B.Q pork sliders instead. Undercooked brats that were mushy and hot dogs that were okay. But they served us chips in bags that had been expired for over 5 months and we're really stale. They did replace them when brought to their attention. Pretty disappointed in the overall experience. Especially since we met with management in advance. Wouldn't recommend them for large groups. Service was good considering the big group. But the few that menu ordered waited over an hour for food and ended up missing second half of event. Atmosphere was good and might enjoy going by boat or in small groups..

Where to begin, ok we had party of 12 there for just unwinding from busy work week couple of us not drinking as we was the designated drivers myself had really good crabby cheese fritters and a sweet tea our service was bad from the start some people got the buckets because we didn't know when we would see our server again well one of our party members needed a drink so she held her empty bottle up to get someone over well of course all the other servers ignored her god forbid team work and I guess this made the server mad so she comes over and says manager says whole party is cut off we are all to drunk maybe my sweet tea was spiked if so that's another review at another time the lady wanting a beer was only wanting her 3rd beer in the 3 hrs we was there we got the manager over and he changes story to she said we was all unruly and had to make a judgment call and he supported her decision without even coming over to talk to us 3 of us was completely sober so if u go for the food u should be OK but don't get upset when u don't get service the servers can get mad and cut u off and throw u out we all usually go out Fri after work this one place that we will never visit again 10 to 15 of us manager did state he has plenty of business he don't need ours...that's fine 10 to 15 people eating and drinking can run up a tab other places would love that money.

Just want to let you know this place is on the Intracoastal in Flagler Beach. The service is decent the food is average as far as Seafood they have some of the best hamburgers I've ever had. pricing is a tad High on Seafood they have a decent happy hour and on the weekends the place is busy so expect a little wait. They do have music during the week just check on their site for when and who or call.

We wanted to show our friends this establishment, but we're very disappointed and won't be back. The inside bar had no air conditioning and it was extremely hot, we felt bad for the bartender having to work in those terrible conditions. After ordering our beverage we went outside, as it was a little cooler with a breeze. I sat at a table for 4 only to be told that we can't sit there because it is for people who are going to eat. There were 6 other empty tables and the place was empty. This place used to be a great, a place to come to, but since it changed to a new ownership we won't be back or won't recommend this to anyone.

Have dined here twice, 1st time with large party. Only area large enough to accommodate us was the area for people with pets. Not good.

Food was served after about 45 mins with one person not receiving their food. Gave it a second try 7/1/16... drinks very tasty but food terrible . One of us got sick all the way home, at least two others up all night sick. Waitress apologized for not being around much, she said they had her cleaning the bathroom! Doing this while still waiting tables? Disgusting. Would not recommend this restraint.

I have dined there twice now and have had very good service both times. I tried the all you can eat crab the first time and found them to be excellent the second time I ordered the all you can eat prime rib that though cut thin was absolutely delicious the sweet potato tots were a real treat and there frozen drinks were really good there were four of us each visit and we plan on meeting there often.

Terrible service and isn't a place to take children. The patrons in the restaurant were a bunch of drunks who intimidated the sober. The manager for the night shift 6/4/16 was incompetent and catered to the drunks. We (3 young children included) never got our food and finally had to leave with the drunks calling us names. I own a home on the ocean in Flagler Beach since 1987 and know about all the locals and will definitely warn them of this establishment.

Saw that a new restaurant had opened in my area and was excited to try it. It's on the water and you can dock your boat there. However, our first experience was not very good. The all-you-can-eat fish takes forever to be served when you order a second round of fish. My coconut shrimp were burnt the first time so had to be re-made while I waited and the rest of my party ate their dinner. The sweet potato tater tots are like muck. The flavor of the coleslaw is strange. The ice in my Pina Colada was chunky not shaved as it should be. My husband's Rib Eye steak was a joke. An expensive thin piece of grizzly meat served over yellow mashed potatoes that tasted horrible. The presentation of the food on the plate looked like vomit.

In the evening the no-seeums little biting bugs come out and eat you up making it very unpleasant to sit outside and dine. Overall, not a good experience for out first time.

Five of us arrived for dinner and drinks and were told it would be 30 to 40 minute wait. Went to Tiki bar to order drinks, staff looked right past us multiple times, finally after 20 minutes placed our drink order. Asked for fire pit to be lit because it was cold and windy, Bob seemed irritated and rolled his eyes as he tried to help, we learned later he was the manager when after 2 hours of wait and still no indoor seating we ask to speak with manager. After being told no one was leaving and they had a wedding party,I suggested that perhaps his staff could communicate with us better by letting us know of the delays instead of us having to ask multiple times of status and each time we were told they were working on seating us right away. Hungry and cold, we left! Went to Fuego's and had amazing customer service and good food too! They are still new so I may give it another chance in a few months because the location is awesome and the entertainment was good.
