Great ice cream! And much more than a gimmick. They make the ice cream in front of you with liquid nitrogen. My kids liked watching it smoke or steam or whatever it does and I liked watching it too. The ice cream tasted great and had a unique and enjoyable texture. You also get a lot for the price. They have some ideas for ice cream and add in combinations, like Saturn, Mars, etc. or you can choose what you want put in and what flavor ice cream. I had a Sun and it was delicious. My kids tell me Saturn and Mars are great too. My wife made up her own with some of her favorite flavors and it was great too.

Excellent ice cream, some of the best I have had. It costs a bit more than the other ice cream places in Flagler Beach, but it is worth it, in my opinion. It does take a couple of minutes to make each dish, but it is fun to watch!

My family and I went to Galactic Freeze yesterday, we did not know what to order because you really didn't see much ice cream out HOWEVER, We saw a huge list of flavors, I love mango and so I tried the Jupiter which has chunks of mango and strawberry in it. The whole thing was really cool for all of us. They take liquid ice cream put it in a bowl then walk it over to these huge tanks with nitrogen in them and hold the bowl of liquid ice cream up to it and zap it with nitrogen and, BAM you have ice cream and It taste great, the portions are real good and the price was competitive. I would recommend Galactic Freeze to all ice cream lovers. The experience alone is very cool. I give it a thumbs up.
