Love this place. We go weekly. They have cool tea and drinks different from other places in Palm Coast.

The food was great, servers were very happy and quick with cleanup Good variety of food and the sushi was fresh. Was my first time here and will definitely go back again. But be aware that they do charge an extra $5 for the king crab legs, I didn't mind at all that it was well worth it.

My family and I have eaten here 6 times since the they opened. I have found the food to be very tasty and plentiful. Each time we go the food is always fresh and the taste is consistent. The salad and desert bar is the best in town. There is no one who makes Hot and Sour soup better than Ichiban.

I was extremely disappointed when I could not find good oriental food in Palm Coast. I now believe this is the best kept secret in Palm Coast.

For good unlimited Sushi at $8.25 bucks a pop, it's definitely worth it. They offer a large selection of creative sushi rolls. My boyfriend and I will sometimes dine at other sushi joints and pay 3x or 5x more, be disappointed in our food and experience, and think, man...should have just gone to Ichiban buffet instead.

Their buffet is kept very clean-- a HUGE factor especially when it comes to me. I have witnessed staff constantly wiping the buffet tables, and consistently keeping their food area appealing. They also have free hot tea ,new york steak, hibachi, crab leg, great hot dish, fresh fruits, and homemade dessert options.

    Definitely will be back.

Amazing sushi! Fresh and a great variety! Not the usual boring sushi you find at the other buffets. We love it! Definitely the best buffet in Palm Coast!!

I liked this place. The buffet items were mostly very good but a few brought the points down... the salmon was hard and very dry and the blue crabs greasy. The hibachi selection was poor and not as good as Grand China Buffet's. They also take it back in to the kitchen to cook so the whole grill interaction is lost! Their sushi was very good and they had some very interesting rolls. The desert selection was actually excellent although not very Asian with offerings like tiramisu. No plain vanilla ice cream either which I like.

Service was excellent and everyone seemed friendly and appreciative. The atmosphere is nice but I wish they would ditch the TV's... they do nothing but ruin what could be a cool "zen" atmosphere.

It appears that all Chinese buffets purchase their food entries from the same distributor. The difference is in they way they prepare their food and Ichiban does a nice job.

The key to Ichiban is that they use NO MSG. This is the ingredient that blows up your stomach like a balloon.

I liked the blue crabs, but they cooked them in oil which makes it sloppy to pick. I advised them to eliminate the oil to save on napkin expense.

I went with my family to this new place. The atmosphere was so-so, and the service was OK but they didn't smile much. They said that they had habachi, but they cooked it from the kitchen. I didn't like it. Some of the dishes were so-so.

Visited about 7:30 PM which was probably a bad idea as it seemed to be winding down. I found some items on the buffet to be good and others appeared to be either very low or dried out. The sushi selection was particularly poor with just a few sorry looking rolls left. The restaurant was clean and nice and server friendly. However I didn't like them cleaning around me as I'm trying to eat and would rather they wait until customers have left. I'll try again during a more busier time.

We decided to try out this new buffet this weekend. The atmosphere was nice and they replaced many booths which I am really pleased. The sushi was very strong with tons of rolls and sashimi. The food was decently tasteful, although I do believe they have too many shrimp dishes. I liked the steak and salmon. My husband enjoyed the blue crabs as well. My children loved their homemade desserts which they had tiramisu in particular. The services were good. AI liked that place and will certainly return.

Visited today for their opening. It's a very clean and bright restaurant but our booth had wobbly table and was sticky. The food seemed very good and everything I sampled was quite tasty. There was plenty of options to choose from. They had a sign for hibatchi ingredients but didn't see any hibtachi anywhere! Sushi seemed like a good selection but what i had lacked flavor. Service was OK but no niceties and very business like. Would of been much better with a warm welcome and a smile. Overall this seems like a nice place and I'd like to see it do well and improve on its weak areas.

Best buffet food I've ever had. The sushi was excellent, restaurant quality and authentic. They had a friendly, professional sushi chef making a variety of tasty sushi (not typical imitation crab meat junk) that was not tasteless at all. The sushi was hands down amazing for a buffet. They also have an impressive variety of fresh quality dishes and also a unique selection of homemade desserts. There was a hibachi bar (they cook it in the back), salad bar, and even bubble tea! The atmosphere was nice and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend this buffet.
