Just a pizza pickup but the order was ready on time and the check out was quick and smooth by a waitress (no real cashier) but went smoothly. Restaurant tables were all filled with some spillover to the outside tables but it was Saturday and Niki's IS a very busy and very popular Italian restaurant. Met my expectations, plus.

This place is the worst! The restaurant is always packed, with literally standing room only, so I thought it must be good. Wrong. The pizza is greasy. The food is cooked early in the day then reheated.

We ordered delivery from there last night and the lady who took my order was rude. She quoted me a price for my order that is exactly what I got plus 7% sales tax. Perfect. Then the delivery was late (took an hour), the food was cold and the driver wanted me to pay cash when I had already given rude lady my credit card over the phone. I called the lady back and she said she had the credit card info and it was fine, so delivery guy left.

Today, I see that they charged me twice and both a,punts are higher by $3-4 than what it was supposed to be. I called them today to be told they would not fix it. Since I never had the chance to sign the receipt since they didn't bring it with the food, I just won't pay it at all. I will dispute it with my bank instead. What a way to do business!

The only negative I can say about Niki's Pizzeria is that I wish it was bigger and had more seating. The pizza is made with wonderfully fresh product and the crust is crispy but light - my idea of perfect pizza. Their meals are huge portions of quality, very tasteful food. I always recommend Niki's!

The pizza is amazing wife and I had Buffalo chicken it was really really good. But our kids cheese pizza was the best pizza i ever had bar none. How in the world. They made a cheese pizza that good is mind blowing. If you visit the palm coast area you must get a pizza there. They also gave the kids free dessert since we are from out of town... 5 star place no matter how you look at it.

First time visiting Nikis and was not impressed at all! We had an order of garlic knots, they were served cold with cold sauce; disgusting! We also ordered a salad; it came about a minute before the pizza came and the salad was warm; even more disgusting. The service was absolutely terrible. If you're going to have such a bad attitude and not want to do your job than maybe you should've stayed home. Drinks were empty and not offered to refill them until passing by the table a few times. The pizza was nasty. There was hardly any sauce on it. I would say the only good thing about this place were the prices; they were not bad. Our family won't be back and people that think this is good must not know what good pizza is!

Okay,I read all the reviews,so I decided I would go there and make my own opinion.First of all,If you want a gigantic portion(if that's important to you)then go to a buffet. The portions were fine unless your a glutton or cheap. We decided to have pizza and ravioli's.The pizza was perfectly cooked, yes thin, like it should be,unless you get a Sicilian pie.One comment I read was the pizza was too thin and undercooked. If the pizza is so thin,it takes nearly next to nothing to cook so that didn't happen.I make my own pizza, dough, gravy and such,it was excellent,I consider myself an experienced cook. The ravioli were cook to perfection,al dente. As for the gravy(sauce)the best I have had in Palm Coast and St.Augustine in our 2 and 1/2 years living here..My husband has forbid me to recommend any Italian restaurants because they have been "not good."My son recommended this place. The real test will be the veal, which we will have next time. And,by the way,the mozzarella they use is top quality.I haven't had a meal like this since we left Rhode Island.Thank you Niki"s

Fun little place with good food. Nice neighborhood type restaurant and staff friendly. Food is typical with nothing outstanding but a very good feed for the money. I like it and visit often.

My family and I are regular customers at this establishment. The food is amazing, the service is excellent, and the prices are out of this world. Where can you go and get a full meal for a family of 4 for so cheap? HERE! To be quite honest, the woman CINDY who posted yesterday seems quite disgruntled. No one ever makes my family or myself feel awkward or uncomfortable when I walk into Niki's. The servers are so nice, and the owners talk to you like your'e the friends.Maybe it seems that way, but maybe it's really you who makes it awkward. I know their menu front to back, and I have never seen a pizza with no toppings for $18. Cindy, maybe you ordered a specialty pie, which everyone knows costs extra. Oh and here is the website where the menu is fully accessible. www.nikispizzeria.com

I don't care what this lady has said. This place is fabulous. If you really want high-quality products with premiere service...NIKIS ALL THE WAY!
    Happy Holidays!

The first time I walked into Niki's Pizzeria..i was looking to order pizza for takeout. One of the girls working there walked up to me and said Hi..and just looked at me. I asked if they had a takeout menu. She replied No. And just looked at me. They had no menu posted above the kitchen or counter like most Pizza places do. She did not offer to show me a sit down menu ether....needless to say they do not make you feel welcome or wanted as a customer. After i asked what kind of pizza they had..she gave me a business card and said if i have internet i could look at their website. yeah right...so going BACK home looking at the menu and coming back to get the pizza a second time...not gonna happen. WHO on earth...decides to not have a takeout menu...especially when your specialty is PIZZA!? Perfect example of being able to open a business..but knowing nothing about customer service or how to make people want to come back. But i gave them the benefit of the doubt..and a few weeks later I went back to finally try their pizza. I walked in...same type of greeting from a male this time...made me feel awkward for walking in. Then while i sat waiting..this other couple came in and sat down...i counted 6 employees standing around...and not one of them greeted the couple..and it took a full 15 min for the waitress to go up to the couple and give them menus. Two employees sat folding napkins and chatting about Christmas gifts and holiday plans. They did not even look at the other customers. The pizza was way overpriced for what you got.... 18 bucks for a large pizza with no toppings on it. So NOT worth the hassle of having to deal with idiots who don't even care you are there. Niki's...please post a menu somewhere for people to see, or make a takeout menu accessible so we don't have to prompt your employees to help us figure out what is on your menu. If you are looking for average tasting overpriced pizza, with customer service that is a joke...by all means...go to Niki's.

I like Niki's and I support their efforts BUT the margarita pizza is overpriced... the ingredients are sparse and when you add spinach and artichokes, you can hardly find them... way over priced for a lack of ingredients pizza.

Went there one night with my little girl had great pizza, a girl prepared it for us fresh. I was so excited for a good place to have pizza in town! The next weekend I go there, I bring my whole family. I walk in, there's an empty table and we waited to be seated someone gets up and they say please have a seat at that table i guess he was family with the owner and was trying to help out. After 10 minutes, they come over and say that the table was reserved "no problem" i get up and i say to my husband let's go the kids are hungry and we can just grab pizza somewhere else there are no more tables available. The owner says no problem just stay there I'll arrange another table but she seemed pissed off and it showed in their service! We ordered Calamari and it was like rubber i had trouble swallowing them. Our pizza was as thin a paper the bottom was raw especially the center and other tables, that got there after us got there pizzas before we did. I was talking to my husband about the rawness and one of the owners heard me i guess and they never came over to ask me how it was... To top it off with insult the owner went around all the tables that day with free cannoli's and she passed our table twice and never offered us any. We spent about $43.00 plus tip. My husband and I both expressed that we spent almost $50.00 and we were all still hungry because the pizza with all the veggies wasn't enough to fill us up cause the bottom was see through.

I got the Antipasto appetizer and ate the whole thing! The Pizza was Delicious I recommended this restaurant to all of our friends and family..

I ordered a Calzone to go. I also asked for a to go menu for the future and she abruptly with a indifferent tone told me to look on the website that they do not have any to go menus printed.

For the price, I was disappointed with the size of the portion compared to other pizzerias and their calzones. The calzone appeared as it was supposed to but could have been cooked a little longer. I will not order the calzone again but may order a pizza and if I have the same issues that will be the last time I order from this establishment..

I am not recommending this at this point majorly due to the females attitude who waited one me.

Worse pizza I ever had. It had some much oregano on it. The service there was terrible. I had to ask the waitress for a refill on my drink. It was not busy and she passed by the table 4 or 5 times and didn't even notice.

This is a nice little hole in the wall type of place with OK food and friendly service. Their baked zitti wasn't too bad but sauce on just about everything was way too sweet. I keep hoping for somewhere locally that will serve nice fresh pasta and sauces, but like Niki's, it all tastes like the same canned sauces without a single leaf of fresh basil in sight!
